Re: The Smiler Incident 02/06/15

Re: Galactica - 2016 Air Re-theme

So you put a nice damp headset on! Yummy nice breeding ground for bacteria in the summer lol. It's impossible to sufficiently clean them between riders without a huge dent to capacity. Re: Galactica - 2016 Air Re-theme

Personally I think Alton setting themselves up for a fall here. Even the BBC article other day mentioned it was spending millions building a new ride and not once mentioned it was air! I can see a lot of people being pretty peeved when they realise it's just Air with a headset!

Re: The Smiler Incident 02/06/15

If staff were riding it through the open season then it has to have had the prohibition order removed. Staff or not it doesn't matter they're still people.

Re: Thorpe Park - New Indoor Attraction 2016

You wouldn't put block paving down to fetch any heavy equipment over it. It would just wreck it.

Re: The Smiler Incident 02/06/15

I would suspect it's a block reset box or something. Place 3 or 4 around at 'blindspots' and when resetting force the buttons to be pressed as a failsafe.
