Re: The Drawing Board: Dark Forest Concepts

Dragon lair makes sense, i guess because of the castle, but i feel like that would've been very similar to Cheesington and Dragon's Fury.

Re: Fright Nights

I wonder what final cut cinema will be. I couldn't find any info on it. Also does anyone know where the VIP lounge would be? I'm kinda curious where they'd put it and what would be in it.

Re: Universal Studios Hollywood

I'm curious to see how the all year round walking dead scaremaze does. I'm not sure I've heard of many of them, but the walking dead is the best IP to attach, in my opinion, especially because of the popularity towards zombies nowadays.

Re: Knott's Berry Farm

Yeah same. It seems like a no brainer to replace a rollercoaster with a rollercoaster, if nothing else but crowd distribution. Plus it makes v happy fans.

Amber got some pictures from earlier today, but she's not very techy and they aren't the best quality, but here they are: https://scontent-lhr3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-0/p350x350/21727972_886015991562811_3693003541033731939_n.jpg?oh=17607c3668b151a2eab9515ac069dd5f&oe=5A56B0B2 https://scontent-lh...

I hope this catches on! #KeepRumba
I love rumba, and it's the only child-friendly water ride left. I hope they don't kill it and just restore it.

Re: Fright Nights

I'm not sure how I feel about getting two mazes themed to the walking dead, though. I feel like with everything, there should be diversity, and having not only so many zombie mazes, but IP zombie mazes makes me a little nervous about these mazes being so similar, if not the same. A zombie maze sound...

Re: If You could bring back one past ride?

I would love to bring back Corkscrew or the original haunted house simply to ride it. I'm so curious about those old rides and what they were like. I'm so curious what it feels like to ride them!!

Re: What did you ride on your first visit?

I remember my first ride was Air. When I was younger, my parents would always take me to Splash Landings with my cousins, but we never got as far as Alton Towers. I also remember that we would ride the monorail over the park and being utterly spellbound by Air and Nemesis, so much so that even thoug...

Re: Galactica

I have a weird question but does anyone have any tricks to get the VR in focus fast enough for the ride's launch? I'm pretty sure I experienced it with pretty blurry VR and was curious if anyone's found a trick to make it work better.

Re: Saw - The Ride

Saw is not a ride I think of when I think of rough... though I can definately see why people think this. The worst problem I ever get from the restraints is when they lock tighter because of the G force of the ride. Personally, I've never had a rough time on Saw and it's one of my favs at Thorpe. Mu...

Trust me, it's well worth a stop. Especially on Sunday where they do a full roast and baps. The baps are great for days at Alton Towers... Just sooo delicious!!
