Re: Chessington - General Discussion

Does anybody know what is happening to Kobra? It has been shut all today and I really want to ride it when I visit Chessington on Tuesday.

Re: The Last Film You Watched and Your Rating

Skyscraper - 5.5/10

This film is quite predictable and just goes against logic. A lot of times random things happen for no reason or occur just to allow the plot to continue, despite not at all making sense. The villain and their motivation is rather anticlimactic and boring.

Re: The Last Film You Watched and Your Rating

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom - 6.5/10 Cinematography was great but the plot was very poor and unrealistic. None of the characters were at all interesting and never seemed to act in a logical manner at all. Tag - 5/10 Watching people play 'it' is fun for the first 10 minutes but soon after that, i...

Re: Alton Towers Resort - General Discussion

When you buy tickets, over 12 year olds are counted as adults, yet for the rapids, the age to become an adult turns to 18 years old. Now that's logical bearing in mind the ticket office where you spend money is under a 15 minute walk to the rapids where the main aim is to have fun, not make money. T...

Re: Alton Towers Resort - General Discussion

Just remember that people like me are totally immature and will obviously injure ourselves. However, as soon as we're 18, we will be completely safe.

Th13teen's freefall drop is about 1/2 what is expected to be the freefall drop for the Harry Potter Coaster at around 15ft.

When is Wicker Man the quietest to ride (apart from ert which normal guests don't have access to)?

Infinity War - 9/10

Best Marvel film (don't think I really need to say anymore and for the record, I was aware of some spoilers before watching)

Re: Disneyland Resort

DCA in 2015 was brilliant but slowly, the park has lost its' Californian roots for more IPs. Pixar Pier for instance could actually be quite nice if the focus was a Victorian pier with the Pixar characters there as oppose to worlds of Pixar characters. The issue is with Galaxy's Edge opening, Disney...

Re: Tokyo Disney Resort

There is always the chance that Sinbad may be rethemed so the ride system can be used again for this new area, bearing in mind the planned site for the new port is very close to the Arabian coast port.

Re: Alton Towers Resort - General Discussion

It's still ridiculous what has happened to Early Ride Time. You used to be able to do it with a prebooked ticket but now you can't. This means without a MAP, you have to queue for Wicker Man for over an hour, showing once again Merlin just caring about money. It's just unfair on paying guests who ha...

Re: The Last Film You Watched and Your Rating

Captain America: Civil War - 7/10 Of course, the airport scene is great but I just don't think think the film is as spectacular as people made it out to be. The villain either needed to be removed or made a bigger part because although the ideas were great, the villain was forgotten about for a lot...

Re: Thorpe Park Resort - Quick Questions

I will just say that maybe consider going to Legoland or Chessington or even Paultons instead. Thorpe does have some kiddie rides but compared to those other parks, they are rather basic.

This does remind me of another major theme park resort in France that was plagued with problems and was far too ambitions. Does Disneyland Paris ring a bell?

The Space Restaurant hasn't been cancelled and should be placed between Mission Space and Test. Track.
