Re: Project 2020

Ahhh thanks for the correction. Just another tease to create confusion, and, well, it clearly worked.

Re: Project 2020

Hmmm, could we have had our first tease for 2020? Thorpe's 2018 end of season video surfaced on Twitter a couple of days ago and one shot in particular caught my eye: Towards the end of the video (1:00 exactly) a random shot of a field is placed. Why place this in a video celebrating the 'best seaso...

Re: Project 2020

Work could start at any point once they have planning permission. It depends entirely on the coaster and size of the project. If Loggers Leap was to be removed, I expect them to do it at the beginning of next year straight after the Christmas break. Ground work should then begin almost right away. L...

Re: Project 2020

They could retheme Saw, when the licence expires, to a western mine coaster and update Samurai to fit into the area too.

Re: Project 2020

Loggers is in a very bad state - I had a peak through gaps in the station building and it's so run down, I don't know if it's salvageable in it's current form. The trough looks like it would require some extreme maintenance or replacing. However, despite this I rode Colossus in the dark earlier in t...

Re: Project 2020

Depends on how quickly they want to get started on construction. If the coaster interacts with other areas of the park they will want that section of work (probably footings) complete by opening day 2019 to resume normal operations. Personally, I think they will aim for submission between the Fright...

Re: Project 2020

Honestly Thorpe have done so much teasing/trolling this year that I am still on the fence about Blair Witch. If the CHIP teaser is just a phone number then maybe the Blair Witch symbol hanging in the tree is another red herring as they could be reusing the shed and Blair Witch path for a new maze/sc...

Re: Project 2020 / CHIP 7706

It’s interesting that there are two identical signs in clear view of the public, especially The Swarm cabin, it would have had to be placed specifically to be seen! This may just be a coincidence but there are two hints for a possible new coaster in the two locations we suspect it may be built - Old...

Re: Project 2020

They did start hinting Blair Witch through Zombie Hunt and now a possible 2020 project hint is in the same location. Blair Witch seems to be happening so this makes the CHIP hint more reliable in my eyes. Not only this but staff sighted in Old Town taking photos. There is a lot of attention on Old T...
