New poster but long time reader. Not been to the park for almost 4 years (shameful I know) but I am visiting on Thursday 26th April. I'm hoping it won't be as busy as it will have been over the Easter holidays.
Hey I'm Trinity, I'm very passionate about rollercoasters and theme parks in general, can't wait to get posting, that is if I figure out how this website works as have no common sense and only ever achieved 2 GCSEs in art and pe.
Hi I'm Chris. Lurked on and off, and finally made an account after seeing Justin at Thorpe a few weeks back with the TT/SP jacket on and being reminded of you all here, then secondly because Alton goofed pretty badly with their hotel bookings system last week, and wanted to share because it was just so unbelievably inept of them.
I'm mostly at the south parks, clocking up an obscene number of rides on Swarm but occasionally venture up to the towers, or abroad to places like Tokyo Disney, which will give you a new appreciation for "busy day today".
When I was little, there was a shipping container at the end of our playground. When none of the teachers were looking, I used to go into it. In it, Nick Varney used to talk to me, brainwashing me into loving anything Merlin ever made or ever will. Even if it was the worst.
Hello ladies and gents! I'm glittabones, life-long theme park geek and generally spooky demon child. Long-time lurker and member of SouthParks at least a decade ago! I grew up in Surrey so Thorpe Park and Chessington were my childhood playgrounds, but I live on the Isle of Wight now so it's an epic journey to get anywhere, haha. Just spent a week at Alton Towers and thought I'd finally sign up and get involved.
