When Tussaudes rethemed the ride, many of the old effects were left unrepaired as all attention had gone into repainting the walls to the nice 'colourful brick' pattern as you see today, installing new lighting, placing rubber ducks in the Fairground and Dunking Ducks scenes and refurbishing the Fountain Finale. Only recently have some old effects been restored (you may have noticed some wildly spinning cogs in the Tickle Test scene or the Big Foor Tubular Monster's toes wiggling). Chessington are obviously trying their best to get one of their signature rides to its former standard. :D"Merlin Pixie""]I was in the queue line for Bubbleworks yesterday when the loading belt stopped for about 10min, the flood lights came on, and the ride attendants walked into the ride probably to tell those on the boats what was happening, after about 5 min they put the lights on in the control booth and then it appeared they were resetting the computer.[/quote] Hm, strange this should occur, because when I visited recently (it was only at the end of September) a horrible 'vacuum cleaner' type squeak was being emmited from the belt just before the drop into the Office scene. There was definatly a problem, but if this was a computer glitch it may be something different.[quote=""Merlin Pixie" wrote:Finally the whole ride is looking rather drab now, is it likely the ride will get a revamp soon?
