Re: Project Zer0 - Specu1ation

There was also a 0 used in a Facebook post on 30th April.

https://facebook.com/story.php?story_fb ... 7217550866

The same message was used on Twitter (the third 0 in the list), but with the 0 being used in different places.

So it could mean we actually have 00001110.

Converting this to ASCII has no meaning. Converting to a number gives 14. Neither are particularly useful. :(

Edit: Reversing would give P.

And it's definitely not binary, a wild 3 has appeared.

Ive got it! 0+0+0+0+1+1+1+0 + 3= 6,
so this obviously means that in six months we will be getting a new ride. Lets take a look at more clues...
Thorpe park have a habit to use numbers in their post so, its crystal clear now we have to times the numbers together. Lets take a look at more clues...
So its now obvious we need to add 6 to all the numbers times together, which is 6. Lets take a look at more clues...
now there are to sixes, which obviously means 12, now if we times 12 by the mysterious signs in the park "0?" we get 0?. so what does this mean...
It means we will be getting "0?" rides this year.  :lol
But seriously there are plenty of codes out there which could still work. so lets get googling!

Doesn't look like anything to me.

Edit: Apart from it not appearing in the Facebook version - and their single response of y on Twitter.

I think the y is probably just a typo that they're using to confuse people :lol

What are they going to do to break up the code?

Maybe it's some sort of code which we have to type into some website?

Yeah, that seems quite plausible to be honest.

Maybe they update the (possibly unofficial) website to have a section where you put in the 'code'. Although I don't see that as a very good idea though, because all the enthusiasts would be putting it in, and the non-enthusiasts wouldn't really want to scroll all the way through TP twitter feed.

I really suspect that website is fake sadly. It's asking for you to enter your email address without telling you who is collecting it or what they'll use it for. In about a week's time the fines for doing that will be huge and not something a publicly traded company would be doing.

It's quite possible that there's something on the Thorpe Park main site. Either already there or under construction though.

Well I mean looking up project, zero, 0, 1 or binary on the Thorpe park website doesn't bring up anything mysterious. But I guess that would've been to easy. Unless you wanna count the 0 results for binary... :lol

As bendaboss said that the numbers equal 6

It has been 6 years since Thorpe Park added a new coaster.

Hmmm...... I don’t know if this is just a coincidence or not.

Sorry but that whole post was a joke :lol although, I may have accidentally pointed something out, and whatever this code thing is, it is sure to be revealed before the end of the year.

It may not even be a code, rather a set of numbers that we would add, subtract or manipulate to get some sort of answer, probably a date.

Just addressing the concern that a publicly traded company like Merlin would make a GDPR compliant website to avoid the hefty fines, and not just blindly ask for email addresses:
The website you guys were referring to earlier added this - https://www.project-zero.info/priv - section with a bunch of legal and privacy related jargon, just thought that was interesting and shows that the people behind this clearly do care about the rule of law and also have the resources to have such a reasonably extensive privacy policy drawn up.

One more thing, I submitted one of my spam email addresses to see what this supposed 'Project Zer0' website would send, as I was still extremely sceptical. It appears that this 'company' owns office space in Staines opposite the Shell petrol station and not to far from Staines National Rail station, obviously therefore not too far from the resort. I've attached the information from the email here - http://prntscr.com/jqt35m -

I don't know if this helps legitimise this rumour in any way, but thought it seemed pertinent to the discussion :)
Let me know what you think!

The people who behind this website also don't know how to adapt their site to fit the screen of my iPad. It's interesting, but I'm still not convinced. Not seen any numbers in Thorpe Parks social media recently either. :-k

So that just confirms the entire site is fake.

The terms look like they've been copied and pasted from a software EULA and have no relevance to the site. The privacy policy still doesn't say who they are - this would be Merlin Entertainments if genuine. Finally the governing law is the "european union", which has absolutely no legal powers in such a document, this would have been English law.

If I were to guess, it looks suspiciously like someone saw our comments and made adjustments.

Let me know what you think!

There's a company called Xscream Escapes Ltd in that building, who's director is a guy called James David Brace, who is also the director of Figaro bros Ltd, who has previously worked with thorpe park, namely the big top. I think its a new maze for fright night.
