I seem to be having a problem where if building from the left or right views, I place the track but the Vertex goes back to x 0

Kind of like this

Firstly delete the piece that has gone wrong. Then click on the last vertex placed and then place the next vertex and it will do it in the place you want.

Right, first load up that model in sketchup. Then go to file > export > 3D object and then save it as a collada (.dae) file in the parks folder.

Then once you are in game you can click on the scenery tab, and then choose the file from the 'park base' section of the file browser thing.

If this is confusing you PM me and I'll load up the computer so I can remember the name of all the steps and then I'll try and explain it better!

Another question, does anyone know anything about the VR support for No Limits, such as which headsets can be used, and requirements. Can't find anything on it :/

Is there a complete list of coaster types/train types for No Limits 2?
Prepare to be mermalized!

I was wondering if anyone could help me with Code Masters RMC conversion because I have easily done the ties and the track, following his video, but I can't get the ties to go around the whole track it only does half of it. Code said in his video that it was something to do with the script I believe, but I don't think he ever said in the video how to sort it in the video. So I was just wondering if anybody knows a way to fix it.

Ok, I've got a problem, with my elements.

I cant do barrel rolls or Heartline rolls. I know the difference but I can only do one, and that seems to be shaped incorrectly/has high lats.

Is it just me thinking the lats are too high for this inversion, and if ive got something wrong, can anyone explain how to make both? This is a look at what I have on an infinity..

Is the track straight? It doesn't look like it to me. If it isn't, straighten it up.
What are your roll points set to? I always use -90, 180 (either plus or minus), +90 or the opposite (depending on what way I want it to roll).
I'm guessing this is a heart line roll you are going for?

The laterals in that heartline roll are probably due to the speed that it's taken at, as NL2 calculates the forces along with the speed. If you freeze that it will look like the everyday heartline roll :) As for barrel rolls, I take it you mean something along the lines of Banshees final inversion? This can be achieved by turning the heartline off :)

Straightened out, still getting 0.77 at points.. is that ok in terms of lats on a roll? It's going around 15mph in the roll, and this is what it looks like at present.

I see you're going for something like the Smiler's section before the first lift hill :lol

That looks fine, but the entry into it looks a bit snappy. Is the 0 degree roll node at the start set on strict? If it is make it un-strict and try moving it back a little. Might make it a little less snappy

Hmmm. Try banking the roll node that is currently 0 degrees so it flows into the roll better. For example: If the first node of the roll is +90 degree, and the corner before hand is +45 degree, try changing the 0 degree node to something in-between 90 and 45, such as 65 degrees.

I don't think its fixable :lol every time I adjust it, it has a small effect, but not much, it look right, it rides right but the forces look off to me. Is it ok or not?

NL2 has just messed up...

Image

Everytime I place a vertex here that is above the last placed node it inverts for some reason. Anyone know how to fix it? (Coaster type: wood tailored 4-seat)

Try placing down a strict 0 degree node. If the track has just come out of an inversion, it can roll past 0. Strict (in roll properties) prevents this.
