Well. Nicely themed although it doesn't fit into Merrie England at all.

Food was abit poor although i still ate it. It was abit expensive but that was expected. Its smaller than i imaged and there wasn't as much seating as i thought.

Nice place although i wouldn't consider eating there again.

Great place, but only go there if you like Mexican.

Stylish and trendy. Although service was quite slow, I'm sure they'll grow into a more definate routine, and their customer relations were good.

Food was excellent. Proper mexican. If you didn't like it, you clearly don't like Mexican and shouldn't of gone there in the first place.

Love it!

Food was great, freshly cooked, and reasonably priced. Service was good too!

At last Alton Towers have somewhere decent to go eat.

Good food.

The menu really confused me with these meal deals, but I probably was having a tiring day.

Score: 6/10

This is a nice new place to eat with both indoor and outdoor seating. Nice and modern inside with a good menu. Food is priced ok and Annual Pass discount is available.

This is another of the 'new generation' eating outlets at Alton Towers. The food is good value and tastes very nice. It is all freshly prepared and the service is quick.

I have tried both chicken and steak fajita's, and they are delicious. You get a very good portion of wedges with the meal deals, and a good sized drink.

I am yet to try the Nacho's, but having seen others eating them I will definitely give them a go next time.

There are such a number of decent AT catering outlets nowadays it's almost a chore deciding which one to go for!

8/10

Oh my goodness! :!:
We ate here yesterday evening while we were visiting for the Scarefest and i thought id come and share my experience.
We sat down near to the counter and ordered our food, then we waited...
and waited... and waited some more!
3 members of staff were working behind the counter, and the restaurant was full, but most of the customers already had food when we arrived.
They bought half of my partners food out, then 10 minutes later, they bought out mine and my friends fajitas, to the table next to us... 3 seperate times!
Each time saying "Did you order this?"
We'd tell them, "Thats our order!" and they'd look blankly at us and take the food back!
After another bypass of our table, to yet another table, we finally got our food after about 20 minutes.
(Before you tuck into your fajita, make sure its exactly what you asked for! I asked for chicken and ended up with steak!)
I know we were not the only people to suffer this mess, as the other 2 tables involved in the mixups were getting one persons meal, then having to wait becausethe staff were HOPELESS!!

In conclusion, the food was nice (nothing special), when it got to its rightful owner.
Prices were satisfactory but the service was TERRIBLE!

Great. When entering, the cleanliness of the restaurant is great. There is also a healthy choice and get AP discount. The staff are friendly and are quick at service. I eat here most times I visit Alton Towers. Great outlet. :)

The nachos were really tasty here, especially seen as there were Old el Paso (Mmm!) however there not like what you expect there served with grated cheese on the side  as opposed to melted ontop.

The fajitas also were very tasty and worth the money when bought as a meal deal which includes wedges and a drink. Also 25% discount for hotel guests which was a bonus! 8/10 :D

I had a meal here on my last visit, and will defiantly be going back.

I have never ventured in there before just because I didn’t really like the look of it from the outside. When I actually went in and had a look, it is quite a pleasant place to sit and eat, or you can go over to the courtyard to eat.

There is a selection of Mexican food, all at quite a reasonable price. I had chicken nachos, and they were beautiful. The service is also pretty speedy.

This is now one of my favourite places to eat on park because the food is good, it’s a good price, it’s quick and is in a good location.

Chilli tacos with cheese... Mmmmmmmm! Cheap, and very tasty. Always clean and tidy inside, staff are helpful and polite, food always hot and tastes great.

Along with the fresh fish and chips place in FV (after 3pm), highly recommended.

Hmmmm... I had a different experience on Sunday.

The staff were dreadful. They couldn't cope with the six people in the queue when we arrived. They didn't have much prepared and couldn't remember people's orders.

This isn't the first time I've experienced this, and I try to avoid letting the kids choose to eat there. Every time I go, if it's in the slightest bit busy (more than two people needing to be served) it all goes to pot.

The chicken nuggets (yes, I know, it's a Mexican go elsewhere for nuggets) that came with the kids meal were inedible. Freshly cooked ones were only just edible (but not by kids).

The Mexican food is actually pretty good, but I think that it takes a lot to make Mexican food like this bad. The Fajitas are tasty, but as Fajitas are food of the gods, even a poor one is delicious.

So I can recommend the Mexican food, it's tasty (if not particularly great value), but not the nuggets or the service.

I do think it's great Alton have such a fantastic variety of food outlets like this - I just wish that they had consistency in their serving staff and cooking.

Personally, I skip my beloved Mexican and always get a fantastic Kebab from just down the road :)

Mexican gets:
8/10 for Mexican food quality.
2/10 for Nuggets.
4/10 for service
7/10 value for money.

I'm amazed there aren't better reviews for this place, I ate here at Scarefest and will definitely be returning. The staff were friendly and efficient, and actually knew how to smile! Great customer service. The meal deals are really reasonably priced, and food is hot and being Old El Paso, lovely. My brother enjoyed it so much he had fajhitas for both lunch and dinner!

I think it is very over-rated. And overpriced, for what is just an old el paso Fajita. You can get a pack that makes 6 of them for £1.50!
Postmix doesn't cost a lot. And wedges aint exactly the most expensive thing.
I refused to eat here so can't say what the food is like, but thought it was over priced.
