Three words! ... Very very sugary!

This was where I bought my box of doughnuts on my recent visit - in terms of cost per doughnut it's just not sensible to go for less than 10, in fact it would be quite rude... Not brilliant prices though, a waffle and two scoops of ice cream is cheaper and probably more enjoyable, though less shareable.

Customer service was good, the two chaps working there were friendly, one told me how he gets dreams/nightmares at night of being chased by giant doughnuts...

Taste was exceptionally good, but then hot doughnuts freshly made always do taste good. Texture though was just right and they weren't too greasy at all, nice and fluffy and light, and VERY sugary :D

Cost (2009) was: 1 Doughnut 95p, 2 Doughnuts £1.80, 5 Doughnuts £3.50, 10 Doughnuts £5.50.

Scores:
Price 6/10
Taste 9/10
Service 7/10
Re-buy Rating 7/10

For me, a trip to the Towers just isn't complete without a box of doughnuts. On my last three visits my lunch has consisted of doughnuts bought from here (except on the second day of this year's visit, where I bought them from Nemices), and they're simply fantastic. Buy a box of ten and go watch people getting soaked on Battle Galleons. Granted, they could be cheaper, but the price isn't enough to stop me from buying them.

I've always said that you can't beat a freshly made doughnut, nice and warm and covered in sugar. These ones will be feeding me until my very last Towers trip.
