Here is the confirmed and final date for the TTF summer meet at Alton Towers! To take place over the back holiday weekend, from Friday to Sunday.

A Who's going thread will be created in due course.

Maybe some would like to look into staying at the resort on one of the nights? Maybe the Friday? And then the Saturday in a Travelodge?

What about camping it up?

We could camp of course, but the problem with this is that it's a bank holiday and likely to be jammed, booking could even be full now.

Bank hols tend to be quieter on park, so if you get in early the hotels may alos be quiet. I for one would do it again like last time. Do a day on park, stay over a night and then go on park the next day. Lets just hope I got a job by then

Would'nt mind doing one of these meet up things, guess when I've had a few more posts and been about a bit longer I might. I doubt anyone else on here is from anywhere near Cumbria?!

Surely having 2 meetups close together (this one and south) would mean people wouldn't have enough money if they wanted to attend both

apart from september, which im sure will see a meetup anyway (i believe one is in planning stages for dates) there really arnt many other feasible dates nick.

The September one was a flop last year, no point in organising one really, might aswel wait for October 13th. I doubt people can aford to travel to 3 meet-ups within a month of each other

I won't be coming to this, due to a trip to London/Thorpe a week before, and also some other trips planned which clash.
