Terrible, slow, incorrect.

Ok, so the outlet itself doesn't look too bad, its moderately themed and fits in the with the area, but the service of the staff is awful. Majority of the staff do not fully understand, or speak english so communication between staff and guests is very poor and frustrating. The service itself is very slow, and the staff seem unaware of what each meal consists of.

For example i ordered a Hamburger Kids Meal, which should include:
A Hamburger
Fries/or carrot sticks
A drink
A toy

My order however consisted of just a Hamburger and a drink that was chosen for me, without an consultation. So after waiting for quite some time I had been given an incorrect meal, and when I went back correct it, again the staff could not understand the problem, and a lot were standing around looking blank.

Staff seriously need better training. Speed and quality of service need a vast improvement.
