Re: Europa-Park: Trip Planning, Questions and Advice!

If you are looking at train travel as an option, check http://www.bahn.de/i/view/GBR/en/index.shtml carefully. I know it's been mentioned already, but you might not know that you can input any UK station (as well as pretty much any station in Europe and any German address) as a starting point to fin...

Alex: London Eye Disabled Guests Information . It doesn't specify that disabled guests need a carer, but there is a phone number on there should you need more information. Spike: MAP Friends and Family ticket offer . Tickets must be pre-booked, you can't just turn up at the attraction and get a disc...

Re: The Merlin Annual Pass

I've been thinking about it, and if you don't count the ones at Alton and Chessie, I don't think I've set foot in a Sealife center since I was about 14. If anything should be dropped from the pass, it's those. All the other attractions can be grouped together and it still makes sense. SEA-LIFE, the...

Re: Small or random things that annoy you

People who stop just before they step onto an escalator (when they are in front of me). It is moving at walking pace. Surely stopping makes it more difficult to get on? It makes no sense, and the people who do this should be forced to use the stairs for the rest of their lives.

Re: Heide Park: B&M "Krake" 2011

... But don't you think that adding more to a ride that is centred around its drop would detract from the drop? I mean, if this ride is to be themed around being eaten alive by an 'orrible octopus, you don't want to drop into the mouth and then go on a Silver Star style bunny-hop journey around its ...

Re: Bayern-Park 2011: Freischutz (Maurer LSM)

Well, they've certainly got some interesting... devices... there! And this new one's environmentally friendly, too, reusing the energy that's lost in the brakes according to that sign. Can Maurer make this enjoyable though? I'm just wondering if we're going to be left with another "G-Force"...

Re: Heide Park: B&M "Krake" 2011

This looks like a really cool development! Even if I'm not too sure on how the ride'll be (though given it's a B&M, I'm not sure what can go wrong), if the website's anything to go by, it looks like it'll be a well themed area. Never been to Heide-Park, but this does make me want to visit! :D

I've got an exam tomorrow. I've got 2x 1500 and 1x 500 word essays as well as about 15x 20 minute videos and 5 summaries to write before next Friday... and yet I'm posting this and investigating people who I don't really care about through Facebook. :|

Some posts which did not contribute to the topic, but were rather just arguments between members, have been removed. You've been asked umpteen times before, and once in this topic already - keep your squabbling off the forum.

Re: Stay in 6th Form or Leave?

Well, the decision is totally up to you. I do suggest, however, that you consider all of your options very carefully. Decisions like this will affect your life for one or two years at least, so it's important to make sure you do the right thing for yourself. With that in mind... Consider your option...

Wow! The amount of money going into this place is phenomenal! So many projects ongoing. I thought the whole theme surrounding Blue Fire is to do with an energy research programme? Hence the name, the logo, various bits of theming and signage about the place, and the initial pre-launch scene of scien...

Re: Lincolnshire people - Cheapest way to Alton Towers?

Best advice I could give for coach trips would be to check your local paper (like the Standard or Journal, or maybe even the Echo) and see if you can find any coach trips advertised, then call their numbers and enquire. Of course, you could always take the train to Nottingham, then get the bus from ...
