Re: Planning a trip to the towers.

Thanks so much for the reply. I'll speak to my mates this week then and get it something booked up. The early ride time does sound like something I would quite like.

Re: Rita: Should AT should of took more time with it?

Im hoping then retheme for next year to match the SW6 theme. Then send some of the raceing themeing down to Thorpe Park to go with stealth. That way Alton Towers get a ride that will match the rest of the area and Thorpe Park will get some more much needed themeing.

Re: Chessington World Of Adventures: Future Discussion

I think a rapids ride would be good at chessie. I also think buliding in to the overflow car park is a good idea. Chessie I think should really look at Oakwood for some ideas. Ok so their ride arnt the best themed on the planet but the way they have childrens rides, thill rides and some classic ride...

Yes the way that is worded would make you think it could be something more than just the one rollercoaster we are all expecting.

Re: Thorpe Park 2009: Saw - The Ride: SPOILERS & REVIEWS!

Mumbo Jumbo has a brake fin like the ones on the stealth air time hill. This means its going at a controled speed and is not a freefall drop. Saw has no fins meaning its all down to gravity make it the worlds steepest freefall drop. Other eurofights have a 98dregree drop Saw has a 100 dregree drop

Re: 2009: Cloud Cuckoo Land, Skyride Refurbishment & Shows

Rrrrright. In that case 2 questions.

1)Why do they look more like planes then bugs?
2)Where the hell was that thing located cause i had never even seen that ride before?

No idea. Iv never ridden any of them. I thought that was the ride that was used at the ATH over xmas then it was gonna be gotten rid of. I get confused when it comes to the smaller ride like this.

Re: AT Waterpark Improvements

Im thinking, Oblivion The Slide. Basically a vertical black water slide. It could drop into a hole that was some water misters around the edge of it.

Re: X:/ No Way Out

Theirs a ride in Japan that kind a mix between a rollercoaster and Dual type ride. I think something like that would be good in their. And then paint the Pyramid into a more classic one. Then i would get ride of the Rangers bit and the arena and add all that area into Calypso Quay. Then all the smal...

Re: New at Chessington in 2009

Fair enough but they are not even putting any effort into the upkeep of the rides - for example Beanoland is looking pretty tired now in its 9th season I could be wrong it may have been last season. I would love to see a small scale tower of terror drop ride built in transilvanya themed around Drac...

Re: X:/ No Way Out

The thing is that it does that up a stupidly massive amount of space for what it is. The thing is i quite often see little kids on it. Ones that wouldnt ride the other big ride their. I think untill they bulid their mine train (or what ever family rollercoaster was metioned in the LTDP) It should st...
