Re: The Future of Sonic Spinball

I strongly believe that Spinball’s days are numbered, and when it does go, CBeebies Land will be extended to occupy the land where Spinball currently sits.

Re: Galactica - General Discussion

I do like the Galactia theme, but work is needed to enhance the rides capacity! I have a solution: remove the VR. They’ve had three seasons to get it working correctly, and they’ve failed. I can’t even bare to join the queue line anymore unless the ride is walk-on. They’ve created a level of faff t...

Seriously now, what did you all do to the poor thing during scare mazing? :lol

We did nothing :sus:

I’m quite surprised that they’re going to such lengths with maintenance on The Blade, especially when you consider how close we came to losing it a couple of years ago.

Re: The Smiler - General Discussion

I think I actually dislike every single aspect of this ride. :lol Blasphemy! I do still like The Smiler, but there are elements of it that need attention. The biggest thing for me is the fact it needs a good clean as the queue line and station building were in very poor condition at the end of last...

Re: The Alton Towers Dungeon - New for 2019

Alton Towers have stated on Twitter this morning that Premium Passholders will not gain free entry into the Alton Towers Dungeon. I’m surprised by this, given that Premium Passholders get free entry into all the other Dungeons in the UK, including the one at Warwick Castle where PMAP holders simply ...

Re: I'm a Celebrity! Get Me Out Of Here

As reported by SouthParks Facebook ; Despite previously being stated as returning for 2019, Thorpe Park have removed the I'M A CELEBRITY... GET ME OUT OF HERE! Re: Early Ride Time 2019 Predictions

I would like to see something along the lines of:

- Wicker Man
- RMT
- Nemesis
- Blade
- CBeebies Land

With that offering there would be something for every demographic of guests that Towers get, while also keeping guests predominantly on one side of the park.

I find the blue train smoother than the purple train. There certainly is a noticeable difference between the two trains! Re: Nemesis - General Discussion

Nemesis is still one of the strongest attractions at the resort and is ageing beautifully, especially when you consider she is 25 years old this year. It’s not my top coaster at Towers, but there aren’t many experiences that can top a back row, outside right seat ride in the dark, it really is somet...

Re: Wicker Man General Discussion

The wording of the post put out by Towers certainly implies that they may be looking to get Wicker Man open in some capacity over winter. If this were to happen, I’d definitely look in making a trip to get some winter Wicker riding :D Obviously the biggest variable in this happening is the weather, ...

Duel had TLC over the last closed season, which consisted mainly of someone wandering around with a UV paint gun :lol
