I'm sure they would be fine with you only working the holidays, I myself used to just work during the summer whilst I was at uni. Just make sure to explain what dates you can work when you're at your assessment centre.

When you have your assessment centre you will be given an availability form where you can mark which days on the calendar you are unable to work. Then if you are successful and want to book more holidays at some point in the year, they have an online system where you can request them.
