Re: Kärnan - Hansa Park - Opening 2015

Having been to Hansa Park earlier this year,it is a really beautiful park so I trust them to make the tower look fantastic.
The theming on Fluch von Novgorod was absolutely fantastic,up there with some of the Disney/Universal quality IMO

Merlin have just sent emails: The Annual pass sale starts tomorrow 27th Dec £105 for regular, £125 for premium.
Also they have announced a VIP pass for £500 limited to 1000 passes. But no details released on that pass yet.

Re: So has The Smiler topped Nemesis?

Having ridden both today,Smiler this morning and later this afternoon once it had warmed up a bit as it felt a bit slow this morning! And then Nemesis twice before I left at 4.45, I can say that compared to nemesis, The Smiler felt quite forceless except for the second airtime hill. I will wait till...

Also don't get MAP on refillable hot drinks I'm confused I thought it was everything across the park not bits & bobs

I bought a refillable hot drink on sunday and got AP discount, maybe that was a mistake on their part.

Re: Does AT Need A Serious Dark Ride??????

Curse of DarKastle however is the exception as I know it was done for a lot less (Busch Gardens tend to have budgets within $10 million of Alton’s) [/quote] Having ridden Spiderman and more recently DarKastle,Spiderman really is head and shoulders above DarKastle, but that is down purely to the diffe...

Re: Was th13teen really a failure?

I really felt indifferent about Thirteen when i first rode it,but riding in the dark really changes the ride making it more like the ride they intended in the first place, and secondly after riding Verbolten this year made me realise that its the best family friendly coaster in the UK in my opinion.
