Re: [email protected] Member Photos with John Wardley

I'm so jealous. If only I had a way of getting there because my family aren't theme park enthusiasts like myself :(

Re: Legoland Dubai

There was supposed to be a Six Flags park opening there, but I haven't heard anything about it since.

Re: Careers - Interviews and Job Advice

I am so jealous of everyone who has got a job at Alton Towers. I would love to apply, but I live two hours away from Alton Towers, and I don't drive :/

But assuming Smiler is in the X Sector means that you haven't bothered to look up the park.

The Smiler IS in X Sector.

Re: What's Rita like?

I didn't like it. It was too intense for me and I had my eyes closed for most of the ride. I'd hate to imagine how intense Stealth, Top Thrill Dragster, Kingda Ka, Formula Rossa etc. are.

I think that I queued 130 minutes for The Smiler last year.

Re: The Smiler DVD

I would be very grateful if someone who owns a DVD of The Smiler, as I would like to see what it looks like as I am thinking of buying one next time I go to Alton Towers.

Re: MI7 Strikes again... First glimpses of CBeebies Land

Thanks for these updates, MI7! I think that the track of The Smiler must be rusted or it was a nice day, because Oblivion's rails are gold too. CBeebies Land is looking bright and colourful!

Re: The Smiler - General Discussion

Has anybody on here got an on-ride photo with the case so we can see what they look like?

Re: The Smiler - Marketing [May Contain Spoilers]

Has anyone updated their game and scanned and unlocked any of the unlockables within reach? If so, what are they?

Re: The Smiler - Construction Discussion

I dunno how anyone could be brave enough to put their arms up on The Smiler, it looks like it will be one of the most intense roller coasters in the world. Even the drops look stomach lifting!

Re: The Smiler - Marketing [May Contain Spoilers]

I hope that they start showing the adverts this week. I was disappointed when they didn't show the adverts during Britain's Got Talent last night, I had been excited all day!

There's still 15 minutes to go, I don't think she'd ride The Smiler just to show us the drop.

The Marmaliser screen looks amazing! Hopefully they manage to fix the dodgy bit soon. Maybe they'll next start testing The Marmaliser!

Re: The Smiler - Construction Discussion

There is a secret element, John Wardley confirmed it and Matmi teamed up with AT to make the game, which has 7 secrets, it won't be revealed until next month. Just because no-one knows what it is, doesn't mean that there isn't one.

anyone know why the bottom segment of the chain lift isn't vertical. if you look at pictures you can see a angle halfway up.

This is to get the train from horizontal to vertical. There's no other way of getting it to vertical, unless the track moved.
