Trip to AT from Portsmouth area on 28th June

As a guy who's not always driven, I am happy to give a lift to any enthusiasts from Portsmouth or surrounding areas on the 28th June. Comment below if interested and we'll sort something. Early start of course...

2 seats available, petrol money will be at minimum cost.

Cheers

The Stelth logo is cool but i prefer last years logo. I think Thorpe would look very cold if everything was black and silver.

I think the new logo was made by the same person who designed the London 2012 logo, (London 2012 + New Thorpe Park logo = ****).

1) Thunderlooper - was lucky enought to ride it before it left but would still like to have it back.

2) Blackhole - My first coaster and was gutted when it left.

I know there both coasters but i never went on 101 nights etc

I'm over the moon about the new coaster. The theming look really good - there not building the coaster around the space available there making space to build the coaster they want and its a great coaster. I understand that people are unhappy with another thrill ride but oh well, suck it up kids. Tho...

I hope its for TP anyway.

I would have rather had a new b&m to enjoy but I do like the idea of a custom eurofighter with great theming, I think it would work well with the creek.

Yes its relevant.

We know a eurofighter I coming to the UK next year. Bushboy is saying that it might be for AT rather then TP which is more then feasible.

Green.Wing I won’t go into detail but that simply isn’t true. There is no evidence that it was a flyer and there never has been apart from staff saying it might be. Now staff don't decide wat rides come and go and the education center isn't either. The fact is staff are never told about new attract...

I'm still positive that this year will be goods. With the Flying Fish back (not that i'm going on it by myself) Q times should be even better then the great though put they had last year when all rides were open. And with development going on next to Samurai for all to see i can't wait to go in a fe...

I think it couldn't be more clear the 3 months is not enough when theres more rides closed then open.

I think the price should reflect the they availability of rides if they open this time of year, e.g

11 rides open / Prices per ride: £1.00
Ticket cost for today £11.00

Indeed, bring on the 2009 coaster and a possible 2008 flat.

As long as Thorpe don't get rid of any flats and re-theme X there's no reason why it can't become the best theme park in England by 2010.

But one less ride means longer Q's.

I hope it doesn't go for that reason alone.

I think Thorpe should only add to the park at the moment not take anything away.

In the pictures i've seen the filling of the lake is right next to Samurai.

Do you think this ride will be moved or removed to make way for the 2009 coaster ?

I hope not!

Anyone what to sort a trip from the south ?

Hi,

I live in Portsmouth and don't drive. I've been thinking for getting a load of mates together and going up to AT before the end of the season.

I would hire a coach to go up but would need a lot of people.

Anyone fancy it ?

Is this anything to do with it? Huss Rides - (8/7/06) It was reported today that Huss Rides has apparently filing for bankrupcy or whatever the German equivilant is, and the banks have decided not to extend their credit limits any further. There is an online news article all about it in German, but ...
