Re: Chavs

I'm mates with all the chavs in my school (well in my year at least) But to be honest with you I don't really care for this sort of labelling type thing, I was obsessed with chav, grunger, emo all that kind of thing but now I kind of realise that it's not about wether their wearing nikes or Mcenzie ...

Re: Corkscrew: The End of an Era.

It's really sad to see corkskrew go. It was one of my first ever rollercoasters that I rode so it means alot to me. But look on the bright side though, it could make way for a brand new more exiting ride! I mean it was showing it's age with rust, and from what I heared it was very bumpy and giving p...

I suppose but If they want to make the queues go a little bit faster then maybe they should get the Kontiki.

The reason I'm asking is that means the ride could also be a Kontiki by Zierer, which is what Griffin Galleon is at CWOA (which was also initially rumoured to be a Rockin Tug). The main difference between the two is that the Kontiki can come in larger sizes then the Rockin' Tug (unless a newer veri...

Looks very nice but I don't see alton getting it any time soon as It does look a tad bit too expensive. I like it and all but just think about the many staff that will lose their jobs. Maybe some time in 2010 or something like that. So not now, but in the distant future when the current monorail bec...

I've been on it and it is faster and more forcefull then detonator. The seatbelts left a little gap between your chest so the airtime is awesome. I rode it 7 times that day, also you must go on the end because it feels like the tower feel's like it is rocking. Great theming too!

Wow is all I can say, this looks amazing. It just shows how much a park can grow from a small theme park with just a tivoli for a coaster, then to a full fleged resort with a waterpark! Just two more reasons to nag my parents to take me back to the park where I rode my first "proper" rolle...

I went on Batman: The Dark Knight at SFNE and it was awesome I loved it! It is probably my favourite b&m. I also rode it in the dark and that was prettey cool too. The only thing I have to critique about it is the fact that the two interlocking corkscrews were a bit rough, but maybe that is to d...

I would love to see and indoor rollercoaster in the former site of BH. Maybe a mack e-motion coaster or a zamperla custom schwarskopf with a spiral lift. (sorry for the spelling mistake) I think we should just wait and see the events unfold! I am very exited lol.

BH

Best Theme park Website

What In your eyes is the best designed theme park website? For me it has to be the website for gold reef city in Johannesburg, south Africa. I have never been there but the website is full of information and the poll on it is quite fun to do. the tower of terror is a ride built by Ronald bussink. At...

I reckon something a bit like Silver dollar city's "Fire In The Hole" would work perfectly inside the blackhole tent. It works a bit like a scenic railway, They could add 3D Glasses if they wanted to, and put drops and tightly banked turns. It would be an intense ride experience as well as...

I am OBSESSED, obsessed, obsessed and I know it! I love SLC's and Vekoma (Ask AstroDan) But I am not geeky about it, I just love rollercoasters, rides and anything to do with theme parks. If you catch me online you would find me searching "Indoor Coaster POV'S" on google, or looking at pic...
