Blame Dragons Fury. I am not permitted to go into many details, but this is all because of problems with Fury and it's restraint system, as you have gathered the ride does place some strange forces on the restraints. I believe this wasn't factored in during the rides design. As such these restricti...

I think the latter. I reckon that a lot of this money went into marketing advertising ect. and planning and not on the actual coaster it's self because there's no way that Stealth could cost that much more than Rita Err yes it would. A lot of the coaster's supports are on reclaimed land, the infill...

Winjas. I love Dragons Fury and Spinball Whizzer. If I hadn't already been on Colorado Adventure I would have voted for that, as its a fantastic little ride.

I guess Thorpe anticipate it to be busy then. Yep, it wouldn't surprise me if they lay on some sort of small-scale special event, and of course the Stealth cinema / TV ad campaign will be in full swing. What, like what they have done with Fright Nites, Slammer and Rush and the small blow out that h...

Rita's air time hill is excellent! - Easily one of the best, if not [i]the[/b] best on park! Its kind of beaten by the 26 year old aging Vekoma Corkscrew that sits next to it in the air-time stakes. RITA for the small reason that I've not been on Stealth How hard is it not to vote. Does't make the ...

Let's not forget that more people go to Disney Parks (I think) than any other park so the death toll is bound to appear worse than most parks. 2Gs can't be that bad can it? I mean Enterprise must pull at least 2 Gs at the bottom so that it maintains at least 1 G at the top. But it may more consista...

B&M for me on every count, B&M rides are more inovative (generally) more immaginative layouts. Odd, as B&M are probably one of the most stubborn coaster companies around. They also most of the time build the lay-out for a park, not design it. Suffice to say my vote at the moment goes to Intamin. St...

I always see Oblivion breakdown. I've only seen Spinball breakdown once, that was 2 years ago. Its all about being at the wrong place at the wrong time, when it comes to Alton.

No i don't, everybody has paid the same to get in and all the rides that are open you should be able to go on, it's like saying if you are not an adult you can not go on Nemesis or Rita :D Theres another word for that IThomas, thats called 1.4 metre height restrictions. I can see why they are doing...

Nemesis is my favourite. Although Nemesis isn't quite the same without the smell of McDonalds wafting across. The thing that really irritates me about Nemesis is when you come out the exit and want to ride it again. its like a fricking assault course to get back up to the entrance. favourite thing ...
