Re: Dubai Parks & Resorts

More information on the expansion here: https://blooloop.com/news/dxb-financial-results-strategy-six-flags-motiongate-bollywood/ Motiongate installing thrill rides sounds interesting. Glad they have realised that truly groundbreaking attractions are needed to attract a higher proportion of internati...

Re: Wicker Man - General Discussion

Yes, completely in agreement with that. For me, I rode Mystic Timbers which really does make the most of the ride system, and frankly squashes Wicker Man. We have a fun, solid, reliable, 'fun' attraction, but there are better examples out there, and not just because they are taller. Much rather have...

Re: Carowinds

Yes, sums both manufacturers up nicely.

Mack have more in common with B&M - they provide forceful, floaty rides, but don't continuously push the boundaries like Intamin and RMC.

Re: Team Member Recruitment

Thanks to those who have submitted an application for the Social Media and Forum Assistant role.

We've had a busy old week with the various coverage - but will be considering applications in the coming days for a decision to be made next week.

I am hoping because Single Rider has been reintroduced, it means the baggage hold and batcher will be too. Fingers crossed..

I like the style of it all - quite similar to Carowinds's Copperhead Strike approach.

Yup! See below.

I want to be positive but it's a depressing outlook.

Just sell the parks to Cedar Fair or someone, please.

The lap bars on the newer versions make the world of difference. I don't think Saw is particularly rough - but almost too fast for its own go...
