Re: Carowinds

Interesting how the trains have seatbelts like a typical B&M seat.

No I think that was Ready Mix Concrete. They are now defunct.

Cemex bought Ready Mix Concrete (RMC lol) and obviously still own the site mentioned above, which was not included the sale of the majority of land to the Tussauds Group.

Re: Wicker Man - General Discussion

I was expecting it to be a little longer than 45 seconds - but nice to see the park do this kind of thing regardless.

I hope the guy who has to check all of those bolts doesn't have a bad back!

Re: I'm a Celebrity! Get Me Out Of Here

Re: Wicker Man General Discussion

The park needed an additional solid, reliable, landmark ride and I think Wicker Man was the right choice. As much as an RMC would have been my choice, the ride appeals to a very wide audience and should age well, if they look after it. Wicker Man definitely bought some of the appeal back after a slo...

Re: Six Flags Dubai

Google Maps have updated their aerial view of DP&R again showing the latest progress. How long it has been in this state I don't know - but the land is starting to look more theme park like.
