Re: Th13teen - Ride discussion [SPOILERS TOPIC]

Would be a good idea but health and safety would slam that idea remotely through the floor! Imagine the risks though. However, it would be awesome. :P

Re: Dark Forest & RITA - General Discussion

Yesterday we qued about 10 mins for Rita. The park in my opinion for an opening day was somewhat quiet. Could have been a lot worse. :D

I was literally just about to post this on this section of the forum. I like both of them, nice additions :)

Re: Th13teen Preview Weekend: 12-14 March 2010

Absolutely gutted. I am also upset that the weekend has been canceled entirely as I have been really, really looking forward to this. Pleasure Beach or Thorpe, anyone? :? :| :( :( Could not agree more. I am thinking Thorpe Park for the Annual Pass day which hopefully Saw Alive will be open unless t...

Re: Th13teen Preview Weekend: 12-14 March 2010

They will be overloaded with complaint letters but oh well. Yeah I also booked this off as on Sunday 14th its my 21st birthday. Looks like a boycott to Thorpe Park i am feeling... I agree with Vik on this one that it is bad, yes it did state in T&C but with only a week to go. Need to plan my 21s...

Re: Th13teen Preview Weekend: 12-14 March 2010

I am also not happy about this. I know in the T&C's it says it can be canceled but its a weeks notice which is somewhat quite short. As many people on this forum have stated that we booked knowing that we might not even get a ride on TH13TEEN which is why I am shocked that it has been canceled.....

Re: Trip from wolverhampton

When I used to travel to Alton Towers by train before i could drive. I used to go from Wolverhampton to Uttoxeter and get on the Alton Bus there which is quite regular on the times it arrives. Not sure if you can only catch the bus from Stoke anymore as the other users have posted.

Re: Thorpe Park: Fright Nights 2009

I've already booked the Weds before halfterm and pinged an annoyed email to Merlin last night. Got a phone call 10:00 this morning to tell me that all AP holders that had pre-booked dates that don't need pre-booking now will be contacted shortly to arrange a refund. I'm impressed with the customer ...

Re: THORPE PARK - Fright Nights pre book only...

This is the problem. Money makes them more greedy because they know people like us will pay these prices because this is supposidly the only way we can get in the park with an annual pass during the even is with a £2/£5 ticket...

Re: THORPE PARK - Fright Nights pre book only...

Yeah i think its bad that we have to pay £2 to secure a place there. Ive never been and its been overly busy on a FN. Just another cop out for some more money ;)

Re: Explorers Pizza/Pasta Buffet

That's true but still £7.95 for unlimited pizza, pasta, salad and drinks.
Even better if you have an annual pass but still disappointed about the price increase, haven't eaten in there yet.

I dont think it will be too bad. I should imagine there will be ques with the weather becoming increasingly nice over the past day or two but shouldnt need to buy fastpasses or anything like that.
Have a good time.

Re: Scarefest 2009: 17th October - 1st November

Looking forward to Scarefest already. Well since the end of last years really.
Duel live was a great addition to the lineup last year and hope to see that return again.
I still wish they had Room 13 as the first year that it was there was great.
