I have heard this rumour too. I heard the Missile has been sold and they are removing the Log Flume. The entrance fee for 2005 will be 7.99 for adults.
i just cant believe it

For the 2005 season they arnt having as many staff in the catering dept. They have cut the numbers right down from 100 staff in 2004 to just 60 in 2005. To me that is bad. They will never cope with that many. Glad im going to work on the games and not on catering.

Please post up the letter. Have worked at the park for three years, i have met the Director many times (Roger Lloyd) I am not at all suprised about the reply you recieved, he knows f**k all about running a theme park. They need to get rid of him

Jus found out something else too.

There will be no live shows this year, Not even in peak season. That will really screw up the park because a few people visit for the shows. Shame they arnt having them, they was quite good.

Yes the park will be open the the public at weekends up to christmas. I cant see many people going though because it would be to cold.

Saw a friend on Monday which works at the park full time,all year around. He says that a new buyer is intrested in buying it. The guy who wants it owns a few sea life centres and other attractions. Well rumour has it from a friend which works their all year round that next season maybe the last year of it being owned by VentureWorld. Somebody has been looking in to buying the park, But its up too whether Ventureworld are going to sell it. I think they should sell it because its just being run...

Well in the closed season this year American Adventure have got to spend some money on the log flume because it has been classed as unsafe by health and safety. They can use it until the end of the season but after that they have to spend money on it otherwise they cant use it. other info They are m...

The American Adventure has been going down hill for years, this is my third season working at the park and i have seen a decrease in guests. they need new rides and a good lick of paint everywhere. :(
