David The 3 areas you have highlighted will very likely not become areas that are developed unless something indoor is build as area 1 and 3 are too close to Alton village. Very true. I recently moved to the shipley estate and there is no social housing there,its so nice as all the houses look the same, however they tend to make social housing look bad from the start. Just treat them the same as the others!,
