Re: The American Adventure: Past, Present and Future

Housing? Well that's not good. I thought that when the AA applied for holiday lodges they were rejected and this subsequently continued to building any form of housing on the site?

Re: The American Adventure: Past, Present and Future

I thought I would update, after popping round this week the Pier 49 has been demolished, which means there is absolutely nothing left of the theme park bar the footers

Re: Wanted - American Adventure Theme Park souvenirs and memorabilia - please

I have often thought there should be a site like eBay that allows you to request items, as I would love some too

Re: London Dungeons possibly moving to county hall

Do you mean Tooley Street? I think the new Dungeon will be hugely superior to the current one... the space available will be better and they can start again with a lot of things.  I've talked to management of The Dungeon over the last few years - and they have been really crippled by the locat...

Re: London Dungeons possibly moving to county hall

To echo others if this is a carbon copy of what's currently on tooting st then no issues. If they think they can give us some half assed version they will be letting London and the country down

A nice new dark ride would be ace too

Re: PortAventura 2012: "Shambhala" B&M Mega Coaster

Great pictures Mike,

It would have been nice to get this new ride in its own area but it seems like the park has reached capacity like AT, so more rides will have to be intermingled like this

Re: The Smiler - Speculation

It's a good layout and length which has sadly been lacking in ALL of AT's rides since Nemesis Bit harsh. I think that Air and Th13teen have unqiue and intriguing layouts. Ok perhaps Air isn't that bad, but I was referring to length, th13teen actually is pretty poor and could of been so much longer,

Re: The Smiler - Speculation

I'd say they will market it as duelling in some way, it won't be anything like the cars going backwards its just not AT

Re: The Smiler - Construction Discussion

That arch is the same or very similar to the Oblivion one so I would think it would be reused in some capacity
