Absolutely awful attraction, talk about dumbing down. Although saying that the Planetarium had gone down the toilet in recent years with rubbish films and rubbish seats. I remember back in 2001 they had really nice big comfy chairs and an interesting film.

No, the farm closed because Tussauds (not Thorpe Park) decided it wasn't worth keeping it open. It didn't get in the way of any future developments.

I think it's a nice website, It's unique in Design! - Thorpe Parks looks like every other theme park fansite going
Thats because all the fansites copied the official website, also the guy who designed ATA used to work for the company that did TP.com :P

Annual Passes need to be done manually by staff with handheld scanners at Thorpe too, I think its also because they are meant to check you're actually the person in the picture.

Why can't British parks/shops etc. have customer service to the same standard? Because you do not deserve it. There is no real reason other than what Craig said for them to issue you with VIP passes due to someone grazing their knee through no fault but their own! Thankfully from what I've experien...

Not to argue but Kaz is correct indeed the original air theme will be back for pretty much that very reason. Sounds very much like chinese whispers to me. I'd be interested to know why they are apparently unable to play the original theme seeing as Tussauds own all the rights to that track. As they...

Cool pics. Sounds like you all had a laugh.

Just to point out, the staff member in the video is NOT the manager of Pizza Hut. The real manager is a white english middle aged guy and is very friendly and professional.

Thats been gone yonks, well a season anyway!
It went at the start of the season. By your definition, CATCF opened 'yonks' ago? :?:

Not that I see what it actually has to do with the point he was making.

Stealth started being tested at 5 o’clock and when everyone saw the car shoot round there was a massive stamped towards the ride but they never opened the queue line till about 1745. Dunno what was up with Stealth, not much seemed to be happening at all until they started testing. I heard it was so...

So if you 'forgot' to brake your car before a junction and had a crash, you would sue the car manufacturer?

Well lets just copy Alton Towers, more or less, shall we

I was speaking to some staff about this a few weeks ago. Apparantly, Thorpe Park's marketing department came up with this idea last year but it was decided that Alton would use it first :P

I do not work for Alton Towers but I take an interest in Security. I really do think you are wrong in saying Alton Towers cannot physically remove people from their park if a crime has not been committed. Perhaps you have got your wires crossed or it is just a (daft and hindering) policy specific to...
