Re: Thorpe Park 2009: Saw - The Ride

Most structures need to be shown. For example the Oblivion buildings would have been on the plans. However have we seen all the plans or just the detailed ones for the main buildings/track. I think they would add something to the queueline even if its just a small hut. Thing is that the Oblivion bu...

Re: Thorpe Park 2009: Saw - The Ride

Their may be que building that will be build that wont need planning as they wont be very tall a possible made of wood. Same reason you don't need planning permission of a shed. :ets just hope if they do it will be a lot better than just a shed.

Re: 2009: Sea Life Aquarium

Aye, the scouts did Revolution at BPB. I remember arguing that with my mum last week  Reading the plan documents, it does mention that the Aquarium is a replacement for the removal of the "Ug Bugs" ride in terms of visitors, so that's confirmation of something we pretty much guessed ...

No internal planning wont be needed as it just like putting up wall in your house. You wont need planning unless int a listed struture which this isnt

Re: S&S Prototypes

Yea the Pirate one would be sweet in Munity Bay but not on the flume lake as i think something alot better could go their like a newer flume a bit like the one at Legoland. Next to heave ho would look cool. I also think Heave Ho would look better if it had water in front of it.

Re: Which coaster is most pleasing on the eye?

I would say Air. But Oblivion is the most stunning to look at. As you enter Xsector its just such a site to see this track plunging in to the floor.

Re: Thorpe Park 2009: Saw - The Ride

Yea well it looks about the same sze as the Stealth photo buliding. But it location makes me think it will be a shop or a HB game thingy. Also has it been metioned that Samurai was metioned on south parks to be going back to mondal at the end of the season for a refit. This has not been confurmed th...

Re: 2009: Sea Life Aquarium

No i think a Aquarium would be great at Alton Towers but if its anything like the one at Chessington then its a complete let down of the Sealife brand. I really quite like the Sealife centers but the one at Chessington was a complete let as it nothing like the one in Waymouth and Brighton. I do real...

Re: 2009: Pizza and Pasta Outlets

I just take a packet lunch its more healthy and its cheaper. I think this is a good choice though as it means are in more control over what happens to the outlets. I guess this means that all the KFCs Pizza huts and Burger Knigs are going. Including the ones at Chessington and Thorpe

Re: 2009: Sea Life Aquarium

This is going to have to look really good to impress me. Has any one seen the one at chessington? I have and the worst bit is your on the Safari Skyway you can see the back of the tent with loads of old crates and rubbish just lieing about it is dreadful for a family park or anypark for that matter ...
