Re: Europa Park - Flying ????

Yeah we found that at Phantasia land last year really, was a few food items but not a great deal, manageable though. Hope the bar in Colosseo is as good as Dragon Bar in Ling Bao :) How much does it cost to eat at the hotel buffets? For the train - I'm ringing the number you left in the thread previ...

Re: The Water Park Annual Pass Add-On. Will You?

I think we will be purchasing simply because, as others have said, it is nice to go in for an hour or so after a day on the rides. I think we paid to get in about 4 times last year so makes sense from that point of view anyway. Anyone know how the pass will work? i.e. is a seperate pass issued or wi...

Re: Europa Park - Flying ????

I dont think it will be a problem, we visited Phantasia land last year and my German is pathetic - had one or two small hiccups but got my just fine in the end. The most important word sounds the same anyway, bier

Re: Europa Park - Flying ????

Thanks for all the advice so far!

Was looking at booking in to one of the resort hotels but the only option it gave me was a near by guest house, something kinda like Phantasia land I presume? Are the hotels not added untill closer to the actual season or something?

Re: Europa Park - Flying ????

Hi-jacking an old thread but hey.... How would anyone recommend getting from the airport (Basel-Mulhouse) to Europa? Been looking at some trains but not sure exactly which stations to pick or how much it costs etc? Dont think the shuttle would be cost effective as only the two of us would be going. ...

Re: Additional Annual/Merlin Pass Bonus Ideas

I know Six Flags and Cedar Point do some real good stuff for thier pass holders - booklet of vouchers with discounts, pass holder only events, bring a friend free on certain days etc. I certainly think CaribaCreek and the golf should be part of the pass benefits - paying to use them on tops of the p...

Re: 2009 Prices & Merlin Annual Pass Increase (1st Jan 2009)

Yeah it is nice for a change, i.e. we were in London earlier in the year and decided to pop to CWOA for a few hours because we have the AP. They got money out of us for food etc. that normally we wouldn't have spent there as no way we would have went without AP. The only way I can see it being worth...
