Re: Th13teen - Marketing/Promotional Discussion

I just got a brainwave. The girl in the adverts, we thought it was Rita, sounds perfectly plausible but how about if it was 'the demon of the dark forest'?... http://www.thecoastercritic.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/surrender-alton-towers-215x300.jpg Like i've said before. The girl in the adverts...

Re: Football: 2009/2010

He had his chance. Many chances infact. He proved he is dire and not even slightly interested. He is a disgrace to the shirt, as is Lucas and Kuyt.. Lucas and Kuty are disgraces?! Kuyt puts in the most amount of effort in games alongside Gerrad and Carragher, I haven't seen a player run up and down...

Re: TTF Euro Coaster Poll 2009/10: RESULTS!

You can't have a poll like this without fan boys, it just won't happen. I'm glad Blue Fire came top and some of the top 10s are a surprise, colossus in particular. Oh well, thanks for your time and effort Dan :)

Re: RCT3 Project: March Gardens

As interesting as it'd be, I think project fastpass might mess up the landscaping, if you went too close to the surface and it turns into a hole rather than a tunnel. Also I do have a little soft spot for chairlifts, no idea why :D

Re: How Obsessed With Alton Towers Can You Get?

In my last Appraisal at work, one of the aims I was given was "try to talk less about roller coasters" :P I kid you not. I think you win :D I try to slip in all the facts I know about various roller coasters into general conversation but I usually get sussed and when asked if I do it purp...

May I ask whether the barrows rollercoaster is a reference to runescape. /nerdinessthathassinceleftme

Re: Are you happy?

It depends. Right now, I'm not but that's down to a friend and I'm worried about her. That's all me being happy relies on, my friends being happy and most of the time they aren't so I tend not to be.

Re: The Ultimate Event 2010

In all fairness, we had thebandwithnoname visit our school last year and do a gig for us and it was quite cool. Their music wasn't christian at all, it was rap-rock and then they garbled on about God for a minute or two every 3 or 4 songs. I wouldn't mind going to this if I'm honest.

First Park

I'm seeking to gain park building skills, CS skills and general RCT3 skills by building a new park. It's nameless at the moment with one nameless wooden coaster. At the moment though, I don't really know where to go. Any guidance/tips/links to good CS would be appreciated. Anyway, two pictures for y...

AQUATRAX @@@@@@

Just saying what we're all thinking. It could be anything really, don't PBB call Infusion a 'water coaster'? I hope it's something decent as another incentive to visit that area of Europe for coaster goodness.

Re: Big UK Trip in 2010 [13th to 24th May]

It seems strange that you have Chessington then Flamingoland, they're very far apart aren't they? I suppose Chessington is something to do down south before you crack on with the main part of the trip :D
Good luck, looks a good 'un.

Southport Pleasureland is no more, or at least now it is just a big static fair. I wouldn't waste your time with it if I were you.

Re: Skydive For Charity: Please Read

If you can post the name of the charity, I will put the name forward for the next non-uniform day at school. I know it's not directly donating but we usually get £600 from that so if we get it you can count it toward your total.

I suffer from ADD which is basicly ADHD without being hyperactive. I have never got a queue jump pass because my teachers refuse to give me a assesment because I am not hyperactive. I have allways been board by queueing however I can queue. Everyone get's bored queueing, it's not the most riveting ...

Re: RCT3 Park- Name Unknown (Use Project Trinity For Now)

Thought you might like to know that on your rollercoaster, the barrell roll would probably murder every rider. The park's looking a bit bland at the moment but with time I'm sure it'll develop.

Re: maverick - too intense???

It was a highspeed barrell roll and I think the problem didn't come up because of intensity, it was because your head smashed against the OTSR when the barrell roll was taken. Hence why there is not any highspeed barrell rolls anywhere else in the world, except on Blue Fire which doesn't have a rest...
