Re: Papa Johns v Dominos

I had a leaflet in the post. Just checked online still the same price, although there are a lot more offers going on. £18 for the biggest Pizza, same as Dominoes I think. Re: Papa Johns v Dominos

Yeah but the crust price issue goes out of the window when they charge more for the bigger crusts. Thin Crust = 0 Normal Crust = 0 Double Decedance = £2 or whatever Triple/Blogly/Epic/Stuffed Crust (whatever its called) = £3 ? or something. So it gets more expensive when bigger but not cheaper when...

Re: Papa Johns v Dominos

Dominos bread itself is completely flavourless...and...like...there is an option between "Medium ish crust" or "So fricking thin its a cracker" crust. Hmmmm. I disagree that it's flavourless, but more to the point, pizza bases are entirely supposed to be thin! Enough of this 'de...

Re: Thorpe Park 2012: The Swarm

@ Adam - its not the logo though, its just a portion of it in the same/similar font. I don't think there would be any problems at all with copyright and such - after all it is just a teaser trailer. You don't see copyright information on standard game teasers blah blah. It seems a bit too coinciden...

Re: Papa Johns v Dominos

And youre comment about the best pizza in the UK is worse than the worst pizza in the USA? Rubbish. Whoa there cowboy! Re-read my post, I speak from personal experience, in that the worst I've had in the U.S. is better than the best I've had in the UK. The worst I've had in the U.S. was still amazi...

Re: Papa Johns v Dominos

I really...genuinely...cannot get my head around this thread. Dominos storming into the lead. What is going on. Dominos bread itself is completely flavourless...and...like...there is an option between "Medium ish crust" or "So fricking thin its a cracker" crust. Hmmmm. Papa John...

Re: Papa Johns v Dominos

Dominos cheaper than Papa Johns? Get a grip. Large Dominos Pepperoni Passion is £17. Dominos prices are absolutely extortionate. OP is correct. Papa Johns is by far the best pizza chain in this country. Dominos is great, and I still love them however - prices are absolutely atrocious. Pepperoni com...

Re: Thorpe Park 2012: The Swarm

I hope it is not called WAR. Because A) I want it to be called Armageddon. B) Its sounds too much like SAW. C) I don't like the name of the coaster being "WAR". Not that I have any problem with it...like...morally...I just simply dislike it. http://a2.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/...

Plants/vegetation need soil and nutrition to grow, so I wouldn't worry about the possibility of seeing any...anywhere in Thorpe.

I agree with the complaints. Absolutely disgusting advert, encouraging people to try and kill themselves.

Now excuse me, I am going to the local shops at 11:00 and need to wrap myself in a sufficient amount of bubblewrap so the outside world won't harm me in any way.

Re: Funky new Eurofighter "Takabisha" for Fuji-Q

Why oh WHY would you make the ride go into a building between the first half and the second and not make it a dark ride section?! :? Pffft. Everyone does dark ride sections on rides. I for one embrace their unique "Go through a completely unthemed, what appears to be genuine maintenance hut/sh...
