^I was thinking would this have anything to do with the 2012 London Olympics? Supporting GBR or anything do you think?

PMBO Changes!

PMBO is having a nice change! 1. The trains will have a totally different look to them in 2011. They will be blue, with a union jack on the front! I'll be reserving judgement on them until I've seen them for real. The union jack 'look' will be carried on down the sides of the trains too. 2. The pay ...

Re: Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach 1974/1992

Nice find. The first video isn't really clear but the second is really good!

Never realised Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach had a Pinfari, Condor and Breakdance over the years.

Re: Your location relative to Theme Parks

I'm fairly happy with my location. Could always be better though by living a tiny bit more south, so I'm still close to AT but also nearer to the south parks, Thorpe, Chessy Alton - under 1 hour on average. 40 minutes on a good run. Drayton - around 1 hour 15 minutes Anything on the eastcoast (Fanta...

^I feel the same! It's been really interesting to follow the construction of this.

I know you can't really tell but it looks like there's an overbank there at the bottom of the drop. What does everyone else think? :)

Re: THORPE PARK 2011

Lol I actually love the debate, quite funny, nice one Rich. But from the Merlins perspective it's not on really. They shouldn't raise to it...

So then to try and stop the debate they ask Rich to email. To which they have not replyed :P

Re: To be (OTSR'd) or not to be (OTSR'd)

A stand up coaster would be crazy with lap bars. Just simply wouldn't happen, like a flying coaster with lap bars.

As already mentioned Blivvy! That would be really scary. Thinking about any dive machine as well as any Eurofighter.

An El Loco with the other kind of lap bars?

Didn't think this would be open yet to be honest, lucky me I'm there on sunday.

Do we know any of the prices for anything yet? Any good flats as well?

Re: IAAPA 2010

^Already beat you to posting the high five woodie Sam. And I thought the same about the launched shuttle woodie that it was only fanboy-ness but it seams legit?

I hope someone buys the 4 across x-cars already, they've been on show for a while now

Re: IAAPA 2010

Those new KMG lapbars look awesome! Shame Thorpe won't ever get those... Seems like lapbars are popping up here and there with Gerstlauer and Dare Devil Dive at SFOG getting lapbars. Not a very good picture to show but we all love models ay? http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs1139....

Yep^ I think they accounted for the weight of the coaster on the building but not when the coaster was in action becuase of other forces etc... or something similar. ^Top Scans blow these out of the water (well atleast bling, which can't be hard  ) Looking forward to this new Zierer Star Shape though. Hopefully it'll show what these can really do. Will it be at the Goose next year do we think? That Mission Space contraption looks huge! Interesting though. H...

Re: B&M Prototype Confirmed for Gardaland in 2011!

Overview: http://i457.photobucket.com/albums/qq295/airtimeoly/Untitled-5.png Anybody notice that trim?! Hopefully it will be like Airs and wont touch the speed. The track is pretty much complete apart from the first drop after the lift but that looks to just lead into the first inversion. Jus...
