Re: Thorpe Park 2015 Coaster

They wouldn't build something like Fahrenheit, They already have their multi-inversion coaster (Colossus) and a coaster with a vertical life and more that vertical drop (Saw), a B&M Hyper would be a good addition.

Re: Nemesis: Sub-Terra Discussion (May Contain Spoilers)

I don't like how people keep criticizing the drop, the ride isn't really about the drop, in fact its not really a ride, its an experience. In my opinion, the pre show, staff, drop, effects and themeing all come together to create one of the best experiences the Towers have produced in a while. Sure ...

Thorpe Park - The Past

I think out of all the parks in the UK Thorpe has the most upsetting history :(

Memories of riding the old Flying Fish with my nan were the best :(

Has anyone else got any old memories of Thorpe when it was aimed at families?

Re: Would a Thomas Land style area fundamentally improve Thorpe?

I'm sure if I went to my friends and said to them "Thorpe Park is a park intended to teenagers and not families at all" they would't believe me. We often see families at Thorpe and they still have a god day at Neptune's beach, Depth Charge, Mr. Monkeys Banana Boat, Chief Rangers Carousel, ...

Re: Busch Gardens Africa VS Busch Gardens Europe

I've always wanted Busch to buy a park and theme it around Asia, I think that would be beautiful! Did they not use to have one? But only for a short time think, I'm not really sure :?

Re: Thorpe Park 2013: Possible Ride Discussion

But I'm sure if I went round to everyone in my school (12-18 year olds) and asked them which park they'd rather spend a day out to, Thorpe Park or Alton Towers, I'm sure most of them would say Alton Towers. People spend a day at Thorpe because its closer than the Towers, not because its aimed at the...

Busch Gardens Africa VS Busch Gardens Europe

The title says it all really, which do you prefer?

I've never been to any of the parks, but I'd choose BGE, I don't know why, it just appeals to me more.

Re: BG Williamsburg 2012: "Verbolten" multi-launch Zierer

Perhaps they though they'd take after the Towers and pull out a publicity stunt? Pretending that someone was injured just to get publicity is a bit cruel though.
