Re: The Smiler - General Discussion

I rode the smiler for the second time yesterday. The first time we fast tracked it but queued yesterday so was looking forward to seeing the effects. Re: The Smiler - Marketing

The TV adverts certainly done its job with my grandchildren aged 6 and 7.

They freaked out when I told them I was going to ride it. " it will send your eyes funny grandad"

As soon as they saw the ride on my you tube app they shouted THE SMILER.

Glad you enjoyed the interview.
He was a pleasure to talk to. Sorry about the mix cloud faffing if you are on an iOS device.
It's the station policy to upload stuff there for copyright reasons.

Re: Wardley's autobiography published

I am going to be chatting to John on Friday on my radio show about his book.

You can listen live at around 11.30 at www.harboroughfm.co.uk or via tune in radio apps.

I will also upload the interview somewhere afterwards in case you cant listen live.

On the right hand side of the ticklers is that a speaker? The black box? Maybe a control box for any motor. If it does spin it will be fun when it gets wet.

This is probably something to do with the accommodation that's being built.

The ride involved in the incident is called Mega Bounce (frog ride). Two boys aged approximately 16 years were injured and taken to the R...

Re: Ride accidents 2012

I can only assume the sensor is before/under the viewing platform, therefore had cleared the system before it stalled. Looking at the video the sensor is indeed just after the bridge and the boat had passed it. That could have been a whole lot worse if they hadn't have bailed out. Shocking video th...
