Oh and I forgot to mention that the ride never broke down once all day and according to the ops it didn't break down the day before either. So the first 2 days of opening whilst running to the max and no breakdowns. In RITA's opening day it broke down 3 times the 2 hours I was queueing and god knows...

Flamingo Land

Well what can I say, is it better than the mighty RITA!! Well I and the group I was with personally thought so, very smoothe ride with lots of tight high G turns and an amazing launch. This is a list of the things they have done on site or are doing; 1. Corkscrew has had a repaint to Aqua and ...

I would say that the square concrete base is for the Station, why does everyone keep assuming that it will launch away from the Corkscrew. I recon that is the foundations for the station and it will launch towards the Corkscrew and up to a top-hat just behind the Cableway station and then back down ...

I live in Shipley in Bradford and I can't really recall a reservoir, that doesn't mean that there hasnt been one in the past thought as there has been a lot of development in the past and the photo is quite old. Also I thought that AA was a quarry before a Theme Park and before the quarry it was jus...

They can control the ride on a manual setting, it has overshot the station once when i was on it on the Halloween night in 2001. He stopped it but the front was too far forward so he just signalled to the ops and it went through again. Also once when I was on it he sent it in reverse through the sta...

Twice? Yes, what I mean is that the line was altered once before the AA opened in 1987 and into the current circuit in 1989. The Britannia Park line ran from where the Yankee Clipper now stands to approx where the Spaceport Halt is now. The line was cut short by the AA to make way for Silver City a...
