Re: Football: 2009/2010

Well I think unpredictable would be the word i'd use to describe this weekend's Premier League action. It was unpredictable that Everton would suffer their biggest home defeat since 1958. It was unpredictable that Villa would open their campaign with a 2-0 home loss to Wigan. And it was also unpred...

Re: Football: 2009/2010

Really thought Everton would get a point. The losses of Arteta and Jagielka do really show tbh.

Still don't think Arsenal will win it, they lack depth tbh.

Re: A bit too far?

You really do sound pathetic, why relate it to skin colour anyway? Who took the jam outta your donut? I'm afraid you sounded a bit pathetic, how is it someones fault if they don't look their age lol? No. I was giving it as an example of other important things you should have on you. And he was givi...

Re: Abit to far?

That notice is more of a reference for people not searching for topics and creating new ones when there's already one been created or was 3 years ago as it relates to something like 'Top 5 rides lolz!!11!!' in the Alton Towers forums :)

Cafe etc has always been more relaxed :)

Re: Abit to far?

Bought a 10 pack of Stella on Saturday from Somerfield (supposed to have the approach 25 thing) - didn't get IDed.

Lol, love it.

Re: The Ashes

Well the less said about the 4th test the better. Flintoff is supposed to be fit for the final test so hopefully we'll know for sure in the next week or so :) I think we have to drop Bopara for this test as his confidence will be so low, I know dropping him won't help it, but it's such a big game. ...

Re: Football: 2009/2010

Seriously hope today's game isn't a taster of the inconsistency we're going to get from the refs this season. I'm not overly bothered as it's only community shield but Foy stops play for Ballack who dived moments before, but doesn't when he can clearly see Ballack basically took out Evra very cheap...

Re: The Ashes

Watching now as the rain has finally stopped and play has been able to begin.

Can tell the pitch is very quick with Australia getting easy 4s. Good that Swann got that wicket before Katich got 50 and got too settled.

85/1 - Not tooooo bad.

Now let's get lil pricky Ponting out :P

Re: F1 Season 09/10

Latest on BBC is that he is no longer in a critical but severe condition which is good news. Worrying that he may not ever be race again though. Guess time will tell but it's early days. That picture is horrible to look at, especially the eyes. :(

Re: F1 Season 09/10

Absolutely electrified by Lewis's win today and feel so happy for him though I do feel a little for Alonso. Supported Lewis all through the season despite the poor car and not gone 'Oh he's **** now' and changed to support Button like I know others have and it does feel good that the car is now com...

Re: What would you do if Alton Towers didn't exist?

My weekends would be pretty much the same as I don't spend every weekend going to theme parks or Towers. I'd have just a few more days empty if Towers didn't exist each year and i'd probably fill them by doing whatever happened around at home.

Re: Chessington & Thorpe Mini Meet: 25-26 July

Right well, I can confirm I won't be there on the Sunday as i'm now working 9-5 and at £9.60 an hour (time and a half on Sunday's), I couldn't say no. Saturday is more likely now, i'll most likely come if I can be certain we will actually be staying at Chessington and not go off to Thorpe (no longe...

Re: Chessington & Thorpe Mini Meet: 25-26 July

My attendance is still on the cards, i'm in a bit of a dilemma. Got a couple of possibilities on the cards with Sunday. I might consider going Chessington as on Saturday instead of Thorpe as it's cheaper for tickets (I believe) and transport, easier for travel and I haven't been since.....07? Will ...
