It doesnt take long climb them, I think the Nemesis one would be ok as theres a hand rail, Air aswell. Not sure about Oblivion though as specialist climibing equipment may be needed? Dont know on that one. Great views from all 3.

I just cant fathom what your going to be looking at for 12 hours!

I think you've got to remember a good chunk of that's going to be actually going around the park when it's open just like a normal day. Then you've got the buffet on top of that. So you're probably looking at about 7 hours off the day for ride time then add the buffet time on top of that.

I think the tour will be from 8am - 9:30am and then from around 5pm-8pm including a buffet. Only my guess. The previous tour was just 4 hours in duration, and they managed the lift hills, Oblivion tunnel, everything on Rita, Duel etc, should be a goodun :D

Due to unforseen circumstances concerning 15th July, I have had to change mine to the 22nd of July instead, and got the last ticket available for that date in the process.

Also got to say a big thankyou for the people who deal with bookings for changing it for me, as it did state that no refunds or transfers are allowed, so it is nice to know that some companies will go out of their way to help you.

Oh well, so its sold out now.
The dates kind of put me off booking. As it has prooved popular hopefully they will release more dates during the closed season which could be more exciting.

Nevermind. I booked two tickets for the August one and now it seems my mate doesn't want to part with the £56. I booked them both as annual pass holders but my mate hasn't even got one (naughty me). I was gonna sell the spare one on e-bay (i still might) unless anyone wants to buy it from me.

Anyone received their tickets yet?

Apparently you are supposed to recieve a letter with your tickets detailing where you are supposed to meet, and to give you free priority parking.

I have received my ticket, but just recieved a standard letter thanking me for booking, and detailing the park opening times.

I got the standard letter too although I know people who recieved a different letter which apparently you need to show to get free priority parking. I just phoned AT up and they are sending me out the correct letter. If you got the standard letter you normally get if you buy park tickets in advance then give them a ring and ask for the correct letter to be sent.

No other dates have been announced. If you have registered your email address with the "Behind the Scenes" page on www.altontowers.com then you will be informed if any further tours are arranged
