try this: http://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk

Try find the post code for the towers and put it in where asked on the homepage. Just putting Alton Towers might work. It might give you a map, which you can then order if you want to.

edit: Should have added that the map won't actually show you attractions, more just the land heights and such. Which might be of use to you?

Well, the Sunflower Books Guide to AT from the 1980s has a great plan of the Towers at the back. Sadly, after three attempts to scan it, my scanner obviously isn't working which is about as much use to you as a chocolate teapot.
I'll keep on attempting to scan it but if I fail, maybe somebody else who has the books could do it for you?

Sorry.

Why don't you go to the Google Earth website, type it into google and it will take you to the website, once you have downloaded Google earth type in alton towers and it shuld take you to an arial photo of the whole theme park but i'm not sure about the blue prints, woth a try though!

Ooh... only just seen this thread. Give me a couple of days and I'll pop up some 'blueprints" for the towers. They're not the actual blueprints, but they're the closest you will get.
Edwardo..... move me!

All you have to do is buy Michael Fisher's book which has accurate floor plans to scale. :)
