Hi, I'm Tom and I'm definitely not new, but I'd like to say something...

Due to recent (ish) events, I've had the opportunity to take a time out from the forum and think things through. I would firstly like to say a million apologies to whoever got offended from what I said.

Secondly, I have decided to have a much more professional approach to the forum, making my posts much more quality than they were before. It is my aim to reach my 1000 post mark by then end of 2014, and also to get no shoutbox bans.

So here's a hello and a joyous 2014 from a brand new Tom.B!

I have evaluated choices on the forum and have stopped the bad ones, I am still the same person tbh, just a bit more aware of what I'm saying

NOW BRING ME YOUR SOULS!

Hi I'm new here, my name's Mark and I've rediscovered my childhood love of roller coasters after taking my three pretty much grown up kids to various UK parks over the last summer.

This year I've treated us all to Merlin Annual Passes and intend to get my money's out of them, we're also off to Portaventura in June and hopefully Europa Park later in the year.

Hope to see some of you around !

Hi All

I'm Simon from Peterborough. I've read TowersTimes for many years, and like you I love theme parks, rollercoasters and thrill rides. I first visited Alton Towers when I was 13, and loved it ever since. I live a few hours away and while I love fast rides, my wife hates them! So we don't visit too often, but do get to visit a few times a year to Alton Towers and Thorpe Park. Anyway I've seen posts on your previous meet ups and hoping to go to the next one and meet some like minded company. I always feel guilty on dragging my wife through the theme parks although she says she doesn't mind! So anyway, Hello  :)
