What time does the monorail open in the morning? Going early for ERT and want to make sure I make the most of it, don't want to turn up then have to have a 10min walk that could have been used for ride time!

Thanks in advance.

I think the monorail opens at 8.30am, or around that time. You will be fine to get the monorail and get to the enterance before ERT starts.

Yes, all the rooms are equipped with an iron and ironing board. :)

I will warn that I've had difficulties using the irons in the past (some seem to not work that well) although nonetheless every room has one.

From a machine at the main entrance, or from admissions or from the monorail station.

Odd question to ask inside this thread... We have a quick questions topic you could have used.

I was wondering if anyone knows where it is you collect fasttrack tickets prebought online? I was told in my receipt e-mail to go to sales and information, but I couldn't spot it anywhere on the alton towers map ( I'm probably missing something really obvious)

Many thanks!

Im not 100% on fast track as I have never bought it, but I imagine you collect it from the Box Office, which is on the right hand side of Towers Street after you have gone in the park. As that is one of the main places to buy fast track on the day.

Last year I always collected mine from the 'pre-booked tickets' kiosks outside the park gates :)

You collect them from the kiosks on the left of the park gates, past the normal entrance kiosks and straight on your left if you walk from the carpark.

I have a comment about the waterpark that I would like to be passed on - how can I email the waterpark or Alton Towers guest services?

Thanks in advance :)

http://www.altontowers.com/contact-us/f ... /#feedback - there is an online form there which will allow you to leave feedback and comments. ([email protected] works too)

Your best bet is to ring the hotel and see: 0871 222 1100 / 01538 704600

I wouldn't have thought so, but you'd have to read the terms and conditions on the voucher.

Most probably not. Usually you can only use vouchers acquired in the Resort.
