Yep looks like it opened then closed again within the hour.

What's wrong with it now, that's hope its not stalled again!
As long as there is Imagination in the World, there will be bigger, better rides!

If it had stalled, I'm pretty sure we'd know about it.

The Smiler is open. There are members of the TT Team on site who have just said they're queuing for the ride and it's working!

People on twitter are still posting about being in the queue. Doesn't look like its actually closed.

Back open on ridetimes! Must have been a temporary glitch or an error on behalf of ridetimes.

It definitely stayed open. The drains weren't coping with the rain, but few seemed bothered. Was relieved as I went today to ride it for the first time, and for most of the day thought I wouldn't get to, but they got it going around 3pm.

At lunch time I viewed an engineer climb by the inoculator leg to access the track, and he walked a short way down and seemed to be working on something. Possibly trim brakes?

1st post

i was lucky to be on the 2nd train of the smiler today, thanks to platinum fastrack!

and on the 1st lift hill.. as we were waiting to go up.. there was an engineer sat watching after the first train and as our train went up, with tools around the bottom area

so id guess its somethin to do with that...

was gutted it wasnt open this mornin, i went on mon and watched it stall... hoped would be open today so was rather peed off this mornin!

however still managed 5 rides today so all not lost!
