Pros:
1. Not too far from home.
2. Nicely maintained grounds and gardens, and has a very magical feel to it that a lot of other theme parks cannot compete with.
3. A good selection of attractions, from thrilling rollercoasters to gentle rides.
4. Excellent staff who are always up for a chat.
5. Good food and drink.

Cons.
1. Expensive...
2. Car park is a huge ripoff.

Pros:
Works for all ages
Fab coasters
Makes you feel like a kid

Cons:
Cost of the hotel, the Alton Towers hotel is £280 for a regular room on a Saturday night in September
I've stayed in deluxe rooms in a five star for quite a bit less.

Food used to be better, gone way down hill.
Not a value for money day out if it's busy

Pros:
The rides
It looks great
Big rides are spread out, you're always 10 minutes maximum from a thrill
Queues not too bad compared to Thorpe Park

Cons:
4 hours away
Fastrack (but fair enough, it's a good money maker)
Bad food
Burniel | Great at theme park knowledge, not so great at designing signatures.

Pro
It's in the midlands so within a 90 mins drive away.

King Nemesis

Con
Poor value for money

Lack of rides compared to the 90's

Paying for parking but none of the money gone to improve it

Lack of good thrill flat rides compared to 10 years ago

Lots of rides removed and not replaced straight away( ug swinger, beastie and submission) or rides just rethemed.

Fast track

Boring queue lines
