Woah...wait...zoom in on that map. No writing or logos over the towers. Confirmation finally that Hex is sbno for this season?

Hex has already been confirmed to be closed from the start of the 2016 season.

TowersTimes News has all the information on this seasons ride line-up.

That was confirmed a few days ago. Also, Nemesis Sub-Terra, Charlie, Driving School and Wobble World.

And The Flume and Ripsaw. 7 rides gone or SBNO. And nothing new apart from a restaurant which will be super busy and [probably] expensive, and Air with VR glasses.

@AltonTLC have posted a rather intriguing update today.

Great to see The Flume site being developed. This was the area I voted for in the SW8 thread for the next SW.

It's also nice that the Monorail station's been brightened up, perhaps that means the other one will get some attention too :)

I think Alton TLC have hit a brick wall with their updates...

Have edited to include the 'after' image too :P

Looks quite nice - it's things like this that show the extensiveness of the TLC programme, as I doubt anyone would have highlighted that as something to receive attention.

I have a feeling now that there may be an Annual Pass hub somewhere, much like the one Chessington have installed.

Great to see CBeebies Land maintained.
It looks like the 'trees' at the entrance need a little work though :/

I do hope they work on the park entrance monorail station as that's still the same since my 1st visit in 1993. The tv is there should show a different video to the 1 at the car park.

If you look on the park map there will be a new Forbidden Valley box office as well.

If they can get all of Towers Street looking like the photo booth and box office eventually, then it'll look seriously good. TLC as a whole this closed season has been great to follow, look forward to seeing the updates for myself tomorrow.
