Also it has been noted in local papers, that Drayton are working with the local council, and the highways agency to improve traffic flow into the park for the upcoming seasons.

Here's hoping it is better than Flamingo Land's awful effort at a 4D Cinema.

I hope they can make this a quality attraction, with the exception of Pirates 4D (when it first opened) 4D attractions are done soooo poorly and not made a big enough thing of. So here hoping Drayton will turn that around
Wishing i was back in the Caribbean

Drayton Manor Waterpark Postponed

Mon Oct 20, 2008 11:11 am

No competition for Cariba Creek just yet then...

The long awaited waterpark at Drayton Manor will not be built in the foreseeable future, with plans postponed indefinitely.

Maybe they've decided that they should improve the park with new rides and just generally refurbishing it?

Considering how long it's taking the Hotel to be built, this isn't a suprise.

And Drayton really need to concentrate on improving their theme park before adding crap to more crap.

The Thing is though the money made from the hotel will help improve the theme park and the water park.

The business potential and amount of weddings even down to schools and colleges hiring the rooms for balls and events will already increase to the popular business the park is doing.

Most days this summer the campsite and caravan park have been full at the park so it does show people want to stay in the park and unlike alton i can actually see the hotel being quite cheap which will make visitors more likely to stay.

2 to 3 years - £11.00

One of those prices seems Pretty steep!
I can't work out if i'd be more miffed paying £11 for a toddler who would get in free to almost every other park in the world or paying £16 as an adult with no real attractions to enjoy.

Think i'll stay away.

well with most the tickets selling out very fast obviously alot of family's are willing to pay that much to see their kids happy.

And you have to think its not made for us its for kids to have a magical Christmas which it shall do.

And aslong as more than 4 of you go its only £12.50 which i think is good for 6 hours of rides, a present, zoo and the playgrounds for the kids to go mental in.

If my scanner works il scan in the brochure later on.

Certainly at the fireworks event they were already selling alot of tickets in advance so its obviously going to be a very busy christmas at drayton.
