The building was specifically built for Black revolover so yes, not alot could really fit in there.

But, the building was only built for 2005, following a complete rebuild along with the construction of G-Force, so who knows.

Cyclone was sold to Thorpe Park. It replaced their much older model after a car flew off. So that wont be coming back.

AI the only one who doesn't want The Haunting to be Scooby Doo themed? :? I mean, I can see it kinda working, but I'd much rather it kept it's original cheesy charm.

As for the grammar and spelling... were those answers written by a dyslexic retarded red setter that lost all four limbs in a freak gardening accident?

What do you mean? Shockwave is in Action Park. Apocalypse is in Aerial Park! If you're implying they should move it, then that's never ever going to happen. It's an old ride, they don't have the space, and there's absolutely no point. Might as well kill that one dead in the water. This topic has become a bit spammy recently...

Even if they were to move Shockwave to Aeriel Park (very, very unlikely), exactly where are you proposing it would be rebuilt? There's absolutely no room in Aeriel Park to accomdate a coaster the size of Shockwave.

Can you possibly mark down on a aerial photo where the chip shop currently is and where you suspect the coaster will be? :)

It was just a thought guys, and thats a shame about scooby doo. I'm very confused as to what year they are getting the thrill ride now too.

Is there any evidence or source as to the shelved Scooby Doo plan for The Haunting? That would be very useful!

It sounds like the thrill coaster is planned for 2013 which would make more sense than 2012 given the level of investment this season. If the current ship shop needs to move it sounds like the new coaster will take the place of the buffalo.

They could fit one of those new Chance unicoaster flat rides in the black revolver building, although capacity is faily low at only 16 riders (which even for a park of drayton size be to low as Maelstrom attracts large queues and that as double the capaciity)

[url=http://www.chancemorgan.com/unicoaster/index.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;]http://www.chancemorgan.com/unicoaster/index.html[/url]

2013 sound like it shapping up to be a good season for the two staffordshire parks with both drayton and Alton both rumoured to be planning major world first thrill coasters!

Right these questions were answered in november last year but for somereason either didnt send properly or i just never recieved it, but Colin resent them the other day so.

where applicable info has been added if things have been changed or altered.

Also as you can see some of the questions are now out of date but some info added.

The new roller Coaster: From what we have heard from different people the coaster is going to be a non-inverting shuttle coaster based on the site of sombreros and the stage area. we have heard its by Vekoma. YES VEKOMA. NO SHUTTLE. IT IS A NONE LOOP VEKOMA BOOMERANG SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES AND BASED UPON A NEW CHARACTER [ NAME AND CHARACTERS EMBARGOED UNTIL DECEMBER 1ST] THE WHOLE STREET ALONG FRONT OF 4D AND CAFÉ, PALLADIUM SHOP WILL BE RETHEMED WITH THE CHARACTER & FRIENDS.

- Is there any details on the ride model, or any concept/layout photos you could send us? NO.AS ABOVE [EMBARGOED UNTIL 1ST DECEMBER]

We have heard black revolver is being replaced with a new stage area? YES WALTZER IS GOING. NOT A STAGE. NOTHING YET DECIDED!{high dive act for august only]

The new ride [called Blue Mountains Engines?] in Thomas land we have heard is going on the site of the
driving school which is being moved to the farmer McCalls Farm area. YES CORRECT. IT IS AFTER DECEMBER OPENING OF THOMAS LAND DUE TO LATE APPROVAL OF NEW COASTER FOR 2011

Is there any information on manufacturer of the new ride/ ride type and confirmation of where the new ride is actually going or any concept photos? YES CONCEPT HERE [TODAY] AND NOT RELEASED YET AS WE MANAGEMENT WANT TO DECIDE FIRST. Ride is similar to jolly buccaneer but not so big with narrow gauge trains/carriages on [note plural]

*With lasers and the water projections used for the last 2 years now is this something we can expect to see again in the future. YES WITH BETTER REPOSITIONED ALONG THE LAKE. WE COULD NEVER GO BACKWARDS WITH A RETURN TO THE OLD FIREWORKS IDEAS.

* With G-force's paintjob now faded to a light pinky colour will this be repainted red in the future or eventually receive a blue paintjob to match the themeing of the surrounding area. YES. MANUFACTURER IS APPAULED AT FADE ON HIS PAINT.MAYBE A THIS WINTER JOB, yes repainted as one can see.

* Another rumour we have heard is that in 2012 the buffalo will be removed and replaced with the dual launched coaster. NOT CORRECT.
QUOTE "A NEW 6TH COASTER WILL ARRIVE IN 2013".
EMBARGOED UNTIL ALL APPROVALS IN LATE 2011. THE ENTRANCE WILL BE ON THE FISH AND CHIP CEDAR SITE, WHICH MOVES IN 2011/12 WINTER TO BOARDWALK CAFÉ POSITION WITH NEW EXTENDED DECKING ON TO THE LAKE.

THE CAFETERIA CLOSED FOR THE LAST TIME. OPENED IN 1954 AS THE FIRST SUCH EATERY.
The Missanda ballroom closes on 20th February and will after that date be reopened as "THE CALIFORNIA STEAKHOUSE AND GRILL" VERY LIKE A FRANKIE AND BENNIES/TGI FRIDAYS OPERATION, SEATING 150 INSIDE, PLUS 50 IN SECOND AREAS AND 40 EATING OUTSIDE UNDER GLASS CANOPYS, OPENS JUNE [LATE] 2011. OPEN TO EVERYONE FROM PARK AND LOACALS,HOTEL GUESTS, EVENINGS, 7 DAYS A WEEK & AT CHRISTMAS. IT WILL HAVE ITS OWN ENTRANCE OUTSIDE THE THEME PARK GATE NO1.

And about the scooby doo thing this is from the parks p.a company saying this is no longer going ahead at present so only time will tell.

While I do not doubt your source a single bit, and do appreciate what you post. I find it funny how Colin Bryan appears in all sorts of articles quite regularly with apparent direct copys of his answers which manage correct structure and puntuation, yet in everything he has wrote for you it looks like a five year old has written it. Maybe he does not take these sorts of things as seriously?

No journalist would print verbatim what was written above. It's a myth that journalists have to quote literally exactly what was written. They can tidy up the spelling, grammar or even sentence structure as long as it doesn't change the meaning of what was said. Otherwise some quotes would look very weird on the page, as our sentence structure when we speak is rubbish. [/journalismstudent]

i copy the questions and answers direct from the email, if i wanted to i could rewrite it but i like it in its original form.

Anyway i went to the park today
Ben10 update: Permanant queue line barriars are now in place all throught the queue line. More lighting has been added and more speakers.

The station floor still doesnt seem to lineup properly but it has no problems operating now.

Excalibur is still closed and waiting for new parts but with the scooby doo plans maybe being put on hold maybe we could see the excalibur upgrade come sooner.

The driving school has now been moved:

and preperation is under way for the new ride.

Ben 10 suffered some downtime again today. Same problems with the floor.

Shame I hadn't known you two were on park. Was there myself.

Ben 10 speakers seemed quieter when you swap directions?
