New over 18's scare attraction this June

Sun Apr 29, 2012 10:38 am

Hi guys

Thought some of you may be interested in this.  We are doing a brand new, over 18's only scare attraction in Sheffield this June and you have to go through it totally alone!  Below is a bit of info on the show but have a look at the website for full details

Gaz

GNG Entertainment presents, Project: Fear.  A truly terrifying dark entertainment experience the likes of which you will have NEVER experienced before.  This is theatre at its most Xtreme and nothing will prepare you for what you will find inside the dark, twisted corridors and rooms hidden inside an old Victorian school.  Nothing is out of bounds, there is no rulebook and anything can and will happen.

Project: Fear is strictly for over 18’s and you WILL experience the whole show alone, totally alone!  No friends to hind behind, no group to cling to, no one to help you!  It’s just you and the twisted inhabitants for 20 minutes of pure, mind blowing terror.  Project: Fear is not your typical scare attraction; there are no zombies, vampires or animatronics.  Instead you will be presented with multiple real life scenarios, things that could happen to you but ramped up to a level that goes beyond crazy!  Torment, abuse, filth, religion, darkness, sexual content, gore, extreme physical contact, drugs, simulated interrogation, terrorism and full frontal male and female nudity.  You will find all of these things and more inside Project: Fear.  Do you think you can handle it?

There are only 150 guests that will see this show, 50 per night so, if you think you have what it takes to make the journey though then book today.  Project: Fear runs from Friday the 22nd of June to Sunday the 24th of June, 6:30pm to 10:30pm nightly.  Tickets are priced at £10 per person and are only available to book through the official website; no tickets will be sold on the door.

For full details, all the information you will need and the all important ticket booking details please visit the official website now.  How far is too far?  Where does the line between reality and fantasy blur?  How far can YOU be pushed?  What will some find a bit of fun while others find it depraved and sick?  Find out these answers inside Project: Fear.  Can you handle it?

This sounds absolutely mental. Although I like the idea of not having to go around with friends as whenever I go into a scare attraction they always put me at the front but always start to drag me back or pull me over because they're always crippled with fear! :P

Although I guess being crippled with fear is the whole point of this?

this sounds like some thing i would go for (even though im easly scared and a natural coward  ) but it is quite far away just to go for 20 mins, im sure its great and i would love to but the money !

If there ever in the lancashire/merseyside/cheshire/ area i would definatly go for it, it sounds intence

good luck to them i hope they have a great success

Not my scene. It just looks beyond 'enjoyment' and actually putting yourself through an unenjoyable experience, which does not appeal in the slightest.

I think this is a fairly niche market, rather than typical scare attractions, and will only really appeal to a limited audience.

My first thought is some kinky, sexual fetish or something :p

Good luck with it, mind...!

Sounds good but is this really viable? Your going to earn £1500 which is £500 per night and that has to cover all your actors, props lighting and music? Most people will want £500 just to get there kit off. Thats what I used to charge but then it was fo hardcore.

Gah, there's a small sick part of my mind which would love to try this out but I honestly think I'd be far too scared for a start (and that's just the female nudity! :P).

Looking forward to hearing you and Kieron's reviews, Dan :)

I used to work to Euroboy and Eurocreme in my prime. Im not telling you what the titles were though  ;)

seriously though, goodluck with the event. We need an attraction that pushes the boundries and this sounds like it may be the trick.

I must say I nearly spat my drink out when I saw Euroboy and Eurocreme written down. Thought I entered the wrong type of forum for a second.  :P

It's surprising how many TTF'ers don't know of eurocreme/euroboy, or even Bel Ami. Sheltered tbh

I've done a couple of these adult orientated scare attractions in the past. My main concern is that they feel like they're trying too hard sometimes. What makes a good scare maze is not how many penises or tits are in it. Nor indeed drugs or religion. If they are just in the attraction to justify some sort of age rating then its pointless.

It just feels desperate if anything.
