They said the boy had a heart defect.

The ride does have signs warning about heart defects etc. So, i suppose disney cannot be to blame.

thanks, Ryan

Does anyone feel, that when somebody dies or something bad like this happens on an attraction that they are less inclined to ride it and/or feel alot more nervous about riding it?

I recently went on Space Invader 2 on the Pleasure Beach, and i couldn't help thinking throughout most of the ride about what had happened! - Might just be me though! :P

Things like this sort of loose the Disney image IMO!

It doesn't really bother me. I'm sure that if every death in a car incident was published on the internet, we would be riding rollercoasters to work!

It dosent bother me. If you spent your life worrying about what could happen, you would never do anything!

Its always so sad when something like this happens. Imagine what the family must feel like. Fun capital of the world and look what happens. Not good, not good at all.

Yea but the amount of Visitors Walt Disney World is attracting, something like this is bound to happen eventually! - Just think how many people injure themselves in a place that is pretty much classed as a city!

At least it wasnt on that Space Simulation ride though, another death on that and they might have had to make it noticably less intense.

Does anybody know where I can download any of the music from the disneyland parks?
For instance the fronteirland music or Main street usa music.

When we go to WDW we stay at the Beach Club which is near one of the wedding pavilions so we have seen quite a few Disney weddings with a variety of number of guests. I have seen a few bride and grooms stood having their pictures taken with bride and groom Mickey and Minnie! My best friends own Disney holiday points and plan to have a vow renewal ceremony one year which we will go to with them. I'll let you know how it goes!

Tower of Terror

Tue Aug 07, 2007 9:50 pm

Help needed please!!

Does anybody know which ride manufacturer was responsible for disneys amazing tower of terror rides.

It has been something I have been trying to find out on and off for ages but have got no nearer finding out. I have in the meantime found out some interesting facts from some sites about it like disney built it at 199ft tall as if it had been 200ft they would have had to put a red beacon on top of it, somewhat out of touch with the theming I think.

But still no hint as to who made it :x
