How much is postage and packaging? And is the small size equivalent to the small Alton Towers ones?

Postage and packaging depends on the item and if you are purchasing more than one item.

Sizes are standard, I can't comment on how they compare to Alton Towers sizes.

If I was to order the lanyard and pin badges, would they be delivered in something that is small enough to fit through a letterbox?

Those items would be delivered in a A6 size jiffy bag and would fit through a standard letter box. The next batch of deliveries is ready to go so If you order before Thursday they will be dispatched on Saturday.
