Autumn 1978
After the success of Adventure Kingdom's Halloween event, Notissehc Park has got one!

The fact that the park's open til 7:30 means that you can get some pretty good night shots:

King Gohster's Pumpkin Trail is making an appearance!

It's great to ride Looper at night!
Image
That's all from Notgnissehc Park!
Adventure Kingdom has confirmed that Project Dragon will be a boat ride and have released a 1979 map:

Spring 1979
Dragon Journey is open! The park is very busy and the future looks bright!
Image
As soon as the park opened, everyone rushed to Asia!

Dragon Journey's queue is fairly nice!

The whole ride is very good, bit bland in places, a POV will be coming soon.

The area is also set for Phase 2 coming out next year. See you then!

SUMMER 1979
Today's update isn't from a park, I'll be analysing announcements made from Coasters Entertainment about the 1980 season. Firstly, they've built a third park, Whitepool Amusement Park, and purchased Tempus Manor in Praterium. So, I'll be analysing additions to 4 parks, from smallest investment to largest.

NOTGNISSEHC PARK
For 1980, Notgnisssehc Park is getting a small flat ride- the Paratrooper, located just behind Citroen Car ride.
Image
TEMPUS MANOR
After purchase of the park, the first ride Coasters are adding is a clone of Citroen Car Ride at Notgnisssehc Park:

WHITEPOOL AMUSEMENT PARK
Whitepool will be getting their first rollercoaster, and it's a Vekoma MK-1200. (For those who don't know, it's very similar to American Arrow)
Image
ADVENTURE KINGDOM
The largest park in the chain will be getting 3 new attractions.
Firstly, Temple of the Skies will take guests on a journey above the park:
Image
Next door, Air Journey is a cable cars attraction, taking you on a trip between Asia and 'The Mysterious Forest' (a hut round the back of Brauerei:

Finally is another coaster! Dragon: The Ride is a fun family coaster opening in Summer!

Thanks For Reading!

AUTUMN 1979
As I can get in now with my Coasters Entertainment pass, I thought I'd pay a visit to Tempus Manor! The park opened last year and gets its name form the manor house to the right of the park.
As soon as we got there, we immediately headed to the park's Zierer Tivoli, Knight's Journey:

Very fun ride, loved it if a little tame:

Taken during early morning testing:

The area surrounding the coaster also looks pretty good:
ImageFurther along is the Victorian Carnival area: (as you can see, there's another coaster there; sadly this was closed during our trip.
Image
We also got a look around the house, however no photos are allowed. There is a nice chairlift attraction to access the house, however:
Image
Construction for next year's new ride, Citroen Car Ride is progressing swiftly:

And that's all from today's update! See you next year:

SPRING 1980
To start the season, I'm going to Notissehc Park!
Image
Time for a ride on Looper!
Image
Citroen Car Ride running as good as ever. Excited for the one at Tempus Manor!
Image
Flats are often underrated, Chair-o-plane is great!
Image
It's still a few days until Paratrooper opens:

See you at Adventure Kingdom!

SPRING 1980
Adventure Kingdom's attendance has been increasing a lot, and today is no exception.
Image
New for this year is phase 2 of the Asia area. The first ride is Sky Journey, a cable cars attraction:
Image
You can get some great views from the ride:
Image
The other attraction currently operating (the coaster has been delayed) is Temple of the Skies, which you can get some great views from:

Overall, it's a very nice area!
